On the way to Paris, we spent one night with two couples at this hotel. It was so close to the city center, as were numerous eateries and bars, and we loved that so many restaurants and bars were nearby. The hotel staff is incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was straightforward but tasty. The room is modest yet spotless, and the soaps are organic and lovely. The excellent filter coffee we particularly enjoyed! Since there is no lift, this may not be the best option if stairs are difficult for you, but it was nothing compared to ours. Additionally, the owner was extremely helpful in helping us bring our suitcases upstairs. The fact that I had reserved through booking a superior and a standard double room in an effort to give my parents some extra luxury, but both accommodations were identical! When we arrived, the superior room didn't seem to exist, so I'm not sure if it's a mistake from booking or the hotel. Overall, we had a great time, and we'll undoubtedly refer to this motel if we visit Oregon again in the future.

A brief stopover on one night. I've always looked for public parking near a hotel after car vandalism in Base de la Somme a few years ago. One is right across the street from Martin. The hotel doesn't appear especially attractive from the outside, but everything was spotless and nicely decorated on the inside. The receptionist lady I believe was one of the owners was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and tidy, and above all peaceful. The old city center is a 10-minute walk away. Just exit the hotel, look directly across, and find the cathedral tower, and simply walk! The continental breakfast was tasty, there was a hot option, but this was a Monday, so it didn't appear to be on. The receptionist did a quick sweep, saw it, and followed up with as I was packing the car.

The location is a little out of the way, but this place could be significantly better with a bit more management's input and work. The rooms are on the smaller side, despite the fact that I have stayed on a smaller one. The room was fairly big. The bathroom was ok. There was a dust stripe along the edges where the carpet met the wall. The bed was a decent size, the shower cubicle did seem to be a retrofitted freestanding plastic thing that wouldn't be out of place in a blackpool boarding house! If the weather is hot or humid, we had both! It might be a difficult night. Whilst the room was generally clean, attention to detail could be better there was a dust stripe along the edges where the carpet met the wall. Breakfast was ok but we thought that the pastries offered weren't probably made the same morning. The table linens on our table were dirty and hadn't been changed for several days, it appeared.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. Very small. There is no elevator, but the front desk employee is happy to carry our luggage to the next floor. Walking to town and enjoying the sights by the river. Breakfast is included in the price. We had free parking on the street.
