The entrance to the HOrel West End is absolutely stunning. The hotel is not only well maintained, it is truly beautiful. The staff are attentive, professional and helpful to us and to each other. The breakfast buffet was no different. There were numerous choices, it was well stocked and efficiently maintained, satisfying all kinds of taste and dietary needs. The restaurant staff are equally professional. The dining room is so lush and green with a view of the sea – – an absolutely beautiful experience. Our “Classic” room, though it could definitely use a decor refresh, was clean, comfortable and easily accessible by elevator or stair. The location of the hotel could not be better—right across the promenade to a perfect spot on the beach. We had an excellent time in your truly beautiful city and your hotel had no small part in providing an excellent experience. Thank you!

Excellent location of the hotel, just adjacent to the Negresco, however, without the astromomic prices of this world famous etablissement next door. Generally a very pleasant stay. Depeding o the price of the rooms, one should try to avoid the rooms that are facing directly the fire wall of the building next door. In order to proide just a kind of view of the Mediterranean Sea and the Promenade, the hotel management has installed outside of the window of the room a small lengthy mirror to allow at least a kind of view of the beach, a construction looking somewhat bizarre in a four star hotel(!).

Excellent hotel in a perfect location right on the Promenade des Anglais. The room was comfortable and very clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and everything was within easy walking distance. A wonderful stay in Nice – I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This has been an amazing experience, from exceptional staff meeting us, then arranging to hold our luggage till the room opened (we arrived very early from a flight). Then the staff matched our first day room, with our tour group next 3 days, to allow us to stay in the same room. Both restaurant and breakfast are exceptional, with great staff. Good and drink 5 of 5 stars. Overall, the hotel is a masterpiece! And our partial ocean view small suite is wonderful, with good view of city and ocean.

we had a great experience at West End Nice hotel, at first room was not convenient to stay for 10 nights but next morning staff at front desk change that and were able to have a much bigger room and shower which made our stay wonderful, breakfast was great and fresh and a great start for the day , hotel was right on the water, very close to everything , 15 minutes to train station and tons of restaurants around, we had a great time.

We just stayed at the Hotel West End Nice to celebrate a big birthday and anniversary. It was also our first time in France. I was so nervous about a non-refundable international booking, but let me tell you that this hotel made our trip SO special and memorable. I will never forget it. After booking a Deluxe sea-view room, I emailed them ahead to confirm, and they replied promptly. When we arrived, we were treated to a stunning full view oceanfront room in a historic hotel that has been painstakingly cared for. I was awed, just blown away. Marie at the front desk was so sweet and patient with us when we arrived tired from a long flight and gave us all the information we needed to have a good stay. The historic hotel itself is beautiful, and constantly being meticulously maintained. You can tell how much pride and care they have in the property. Our room was very clean, sanitized, and comfortable, with regular housekeeping. We had no mold or repair issues. The hotel is bustling with guests during the day, but quiet at night. Our booking included the French buffet breakfast every morning, and that was another highlight of our trip! We ate there every morning. The hotel is central to many landmarks. It's on the promenade, beachfront, easy access to trains, buses, and trams. I can say that I didn't have a single interaction with the hotel that was negative. Everyone is so professional, helpful, spoke English, and very friendly. Would absolutely return to them again.
