We could have stayed here for one night last year, so this year, we switched to this hotel for three nights. The room was clean, however the room was small and clean. Sadly, there is no refrigerator to keep drinks, fruit, or chocolate in.

This is a beautiful hotel that is only a short distance from the highway. The room we stayed in was a good size with a bit of a worn out furnishings. Staff was all polite and helpful, especially Sanny. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and frequently replenished. Although there was a limited variety, the dinners were of excellent quality and presentation. The only minor annoyance was that we were unable to shower without splashing the bathroom floor! Will be back.

The little hotel is lovely, and friendly, and there is a relaxed atmosphere. The air-conditioned room is comfortable and clean and has a private patio. I can say that this is the best hotel I have stayed at.

Friendly, cordial host, who spoke excellent English and had a good sense of humour. We were given a room at the back of the hotel, with its own little table and chairs outside, which was great for unwinding in the sun. Sadly, the kitchen was closed the night we stayed, but our host recommended a restaurant in the next village and organized transportation. The bed was really comfortable, the room was a reasonable size, and the bathroom had the most incredible red stone sink.

This delightful hotel is located in the vipassana hamlet, 15 minutes from narbonnes railway station. If youre not searching for it, youll miss Hotel du Mas, but you should. Its a tranquil oasis in the occitaine province and is ideal for exploring the regions many attractions. The sprawling fortress of Casanonne, the Cathedral of Beers, the ghostly to me ruins of the apostate cathar seeking safety from papal armed forces, and worldclass vineyards are all within an hour or less drive. A 20minute drive from the hotel, youll have unspoiled Mediterranean beaches, windswept but uncrowded, charming ports like collier, and hustled towns like Perpignan located just inside the iced pyrenees and the spanish border. The city was founded by Caesar. Guy Marcanzana, the determined proprietor of Hotel du Mas, has forgotten more about the regions wines than most experts have ever realized. His extensive inventory of their offerings tempts his customers. Breakfast is served in the kitchen and evening menus are served in a really friendly setting. The rooms are small but have comfortable furnishings, and the bathrooms are furnished with vibrant stone from a local quarries. In conclusion, this is a true experience for Frenchophiles or those soon to become one. Luke.
