The room was great. Perfectly tidy. a very good bathroom and comfy beds. Temperature control was superb and it was peaceful. Everything more you want? Well be back, if I don't find a price to match. We have been staying in Paris for years, and after our favorite place took a plunge and under new ownership, we searched for something decent and we finally found it. Okay, so 145 euros per night isn't cheap, but nowhere is cheap, and a lot of other places aren't like Lerocroy anymore. It's fine. The welcome when you first arrive is important because you can get worn out and scratchy, and at Lerocroy, the greeting was excellent. Nothing naive, it's just polite, wise, and calm.

The rooms are acceptable for the price, and they are conveniently located off the main road, so it is quieter than some hotels. There are many restaurants within a few minutes' walk and Gare du Word is only 5 minutes away. Great value for money in Paris.

If youre here for a weekend or longer, find somewhere a little better, but look, if you only need a place to stay for one night close to Gare du Word, then it's ok. It's clean and tidy, and there are a few amenities like free hot drinks and pastries in the lounge, and Gare du Word is a 3-minute walk away. But the staff didn't really lock the main door for some reason, so we couldn't leave the hotel for 5 minutes one night while our taxi waited. Montmartre is just a nice 15-minute walk away, and there are a few good places to eat or drink nearby.

We stayed 4 nights and it's chosen for it's closeness to gare du word. Not cheap but clean and service very friendly. Rooms typical Paris hotel. Small and dark but quiet. Don't stay here for a week, but for a few days it's more than adequate.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The location was very close to the Gare du Word and the staff is very friendly.
