Everything was great. From the reception at the desk to the buffet, and setting up a surprise in our room for my son’s birthday we really enjoyed our stay at the Royal. It was the perfect way o experience Nice.

Old hotel but well maintained, friendly staff and in great location. We had large ocean view room and was great value compared to similar 4 stars nearby. This hotel should be 4 stars, I’ve stayed at the 4 star hotels nearby and I can’t see any difference. Late check out option at 10€ per hour was very useful.

Thr hotel is a real gem. The location is fantastic, right on the Promenade des Anglais facing the beach. Our room was on the 5th floor with a small terrace and wonderful beach and sea view. It was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I wish we could have spent more time there.

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, the front desk staff were so helpful and nice, the breakfast was yummy and more than anything it was super affordable. If you want easy and comfortable accommodations overlooking the beach you won't be disappointed.

My reservation was initially mixed up, and another guest was checked into the room I had booked, however, the staff resolved the issue quickly and provided me with a similar room. All the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kind throughout my stay. The hotel was easily located near the airport, safe, clean and well‑maintained, with beautiful beach views. I also appreciated the easy access to the beach and public transportation, and the fact that it’s within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall, a fun, pleasant and convenient stay.

２０２６年５月２１日から６泊。２階（現地表示で1階）海側のベランダ付きの部屋を妻と二人で素泊まり利用しました。 深夜１２時を回って到着。チェックイン時にシティタックスが別途必要でした。ルームキーはカードで一つ。 部屋の入口のドアはしっかり閉めるのに渋め。 部屋は新しくはありませんが清掃はしっかりされていました。 この階のベランダは広めでリクライニングチェアでゴロッとなってビーチを眺めアルコールを飲みながらの軽食を頂く時間が最高でした。 目の前のビーチの手前（道路の向こう側）には屋根がありますが海は見られるので良しです。 フリーWi-Fiあります。 使用できたコンセントが入り口のドアの横、ベッドサイドと２口。 部屋には椅子が2つ。 デスクに電気ケトルとインスタントコーヒーとティーバック、ここに一つ目の椅子。ベッドサイドの電源の所の小さなテーブルにもう一つの椅子。 洗面台、トイレ、シャワーが一つの部屋。今回利用した部屋ではドアを開けて右が洗面台、正面がシャワー、左側がトイレ。 シャワーには仕切りの透明なドアがあり、ポンプ式の全身用ソープが一つ備えられています。 洗面台の蛇口は一つ。正面は鏡。片側にドライヤー本体と電動シェーバー用コンセント。日本のプラグも使えそうです（Ｔ字剃刀なので未使用）反対側に可動式の小さめの可動式の丸い鏡。タオル掛けに利用しました。 ボトルのソープにローションが一つづつ。 トイレは使用するには前の空間が狭め。 この目の前の壁にある梯子状の暖房（？）のような乾燥装置で濡れ物を乾かす事が出来て重宝しました。 ビーチ用タオル。バスタオル、普通サイズのタオル、フェイスタオルの４種類が備えられています。コップは全て紙コップ。 タオルや紙コップが日によって種類や数が違いました(W) この立地でこの価格であれば充分納得できるものでした。

Toller Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist solide und absolut angemessen. Besonderes Highlight hierbei ist der Frühstücksraum mit angrenzender Terrasse. 10/10 Sternen gibt es für die perfekte Lage und den Strandblick. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig vom Zentrum entfernt und man ist mit dem Bus entspannt in 25min am Flughafen. Alles in allem würde ich dort definitiv wieder einkehren.
