This hotel has an outstanding location on the Promenade des Anglais and is within walking distance of the old town and the flower market. It is about 1 mile from the train station if you intend to use the train to get around but Uber is very quick, reasonable and will pick up right in front of the hotel and there are also buses that go up and down the promenade. The rooms are spacious and the seaside ones have great views. The breakfast was adequate with a few standard choices but was identical every day. The hotel has no gym, spa or beach club but otherwise very convenient and comfortable.

The service was amazing ~ very attentive and kind. I felt welcomed the moment I entered the door. I had a late arrival (past midnight) and the front desk staff opened the door with a smile. I didn’t feel like I was a burden since it was past the time to check in. I travelled alone so this kindness from the staff made me feel safe and comfortable. The location is perfect too!!

I had a pleasant stay. The staff (bar and cleaning) and ladies at the front desk (manager) were friendly, polite and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff quickly accommodated my special requests. I would rate the staff 10/10. I felt safe as a solo traveler. I had an amazing time in Nice and the hotel made it possible. Thank you!

Gorgeous view with a balcony facing the water. Very large room in comparison with others hotels on the promenade. Very nice entrance with a ramp to make getting big roller bags in easier. Breakfast was included with my stay and was OK. Bathroom was very spacious, but bed was hard as a rock. Overall, I was very pleased with the value, and it was very clean and modern.

Fint enkeltværelse med udsigt til gård/by. God regulerbar aircondition. Imødekommende personale. Rigtig god og varieret morgenmadsbuffe. Bagage opbevaring under lås på afrejsedag. 50 m. til strand og promenade.

What a lovely hotel! We were lucky to get a refurbished room that looked directly onto the Promenade des Anglais and the sea. The air conditioning was great and it was lovely to come back to a cool room after the heat of Nice, The girl on reception was amazing and gave us all sorts of useful advice.

Et flott hotell med en helt nydelig plassering, sentralt i Nice. Stedet er ærverdig og utsikten fra vårt rom var helt nydelig.

We were there during a heat wave so the excellent air conditioning was much appreciated! Room was clean, well decorated, great bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was in walking distance to everything! We got room service twice and service and food was great.
