Last time we spent 2 nights here. Using Google Maps, it took about 1520 minutes to get there from Charles station. We were unable to determine if the route went close to the station because there is a tram stop right outside the hotel. A sizable, open foyer. Our breakfast was not offered, but instead, we strolled around to cafe pomme du Pain for breakfast and coffee. The les terraces du port shopping center is about 7 minutes' walk away, but if les docks is open, you can cut through to get there quicker. The les docks shopping area was also busy in the evening when we went, so another night, we strolled over 15 20 minutes to the old port. There are a few bars nearby as well. For our stay, the room was a decent size and there was enough room for our two large suitcases without feeling crammed. When we landed, the staff had put some balloons and decor along with some lavender and soap, which was a nice touch. The inclusion of tea and coffee making amenities in the room would have been nice. After checking out, we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours, which was convenient.

Throughout the day, people were choosy when eating at the breakfast table, looking over the negative side, looking at the smelly cigarette, or not being able to sleep because the couch still stinks from the cold air from the toilet as was a shower. Their breakfast is self service. Plus, they don't have complimentary water bottles or tissues in the room. Plus, the air conditioners are functional.

This hotel offers excellent value for money for a business trip. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are small. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I will be back again. Not a lot to do.
