Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was clean and looked after. My only comment would be about the shower door. It opened inward, and I'm pretty slim, but even for me it was awkward to exit the shower. Breakfast was excellent, all fresh bakery products, orange juice, coffee. For the price Ibis cannot be beaten.

Really nice hotel, great if you want to explore a bit of the city and conveniently located for some nice restaurants. There was some free parking over the road. Room itself was clean and had a great view, no air con but they had provided a couple of large fans.

This was a lovely quirky hotel, very near to the old town of boulogne and places to eat. The rooms were smallish, but comfortable, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and was beautifully set out. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

One night travelling down to Spain. This is a great option. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars in the old town. Rooms are compact but clean and modern. Secure parking is a great addition. Breakfast was included and good range of options. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Séjour rapide une nuit pour une compétition sportive de notre fille. Nous avons eu la chance d'être up grader pour notre chambre qui s'est avéré être une chambre plus coin cuisine sans coût supplémentaire, dû certainement à des réservations de dernières minutes. Donc nous sommes satisfait. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel sur place est avenant. Bon plan pour nous. Malheureusement pas de photos

Lovely hotel within really easy walking distance of the restaurant and bars in the walled city. Hotel staff were amazing, breakfast good, bar is open good hours. Easy parking on the road around the hotel and if you want to you can use the hotel car park but that was not needed. Rooms are on the small side but really comfortable

Excellent starting point for a stopover in Köln. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice bar on site that overlooks the cathedral. Close supermarket. The staff was very helpful and the communication was excellent. Private parking on-site costs 10 euros, but booking directly involves writing to the hotel. But there is ample public parking right outside the old town walls.

The location is great, and despite the construction and city walls, we had an excellent view of the cathedral. Hourly parking is available all around the old town walls and even on pavements, despite the hotel's own parking area, which costs 10 euros and may not be suitable for large vehicles due to a very narrow entry. We left ours outside without issues for two days. The room was very small for two people and cost 125 euros for the first night and 122 euros on the second night for a double with breakfast. The shower and bathroom are like a garage not suitable for larger models. The clothes and coats had little storage space. However, the location is excellent, only a few minutes from the cathedral don't miss the crypt and castle with its huge museum as well as all of the many restaurants and bars on the rue de la ville. Breakfast was also more than adequate, apart from the coffee maker. This defect was more than made up for by unlimited amounts of freshly squeezed orange juice.

The best part is that they provide a parking lot with a very narrow entrance. Even though they serve breakfast, it was really good because the staff was very efficient and helpful, they spoke English and spoke English very well.

Since our last visit, the ibis standard has been upgraded to new versions. A larger superior room is worth the extra cost. Large comfortable bed, large bathroom, coffee maker, hangers for clothes, and carpets. Heating control. The best part is incredible insulation, with plenty of windows but with a mini roundabout just outside the old city's entrance, you cannot hear any traffic noise. Excellent blackout curtains. The harbor is only a 20-minute walk away. If you don't want to spend for the hotels own private safe parking, there is complimentary parking directly across the street. Pleasant and welcoming personnel.

Bon petit déjeuné et personnel très sympatique.Chambre correcte et salle de bain petite mais pratique. Petit bémol, pas de climatisation alors que notre séjour se déroulait pendant les fortes chaleurs de fin mai et que nous étions logés au 3ème étage sous la toiture.
