The hotel is located across from the main station and has a great exterior. However, when you enter reception, you can't help but notice tired decor. This applies to the entire hotel, it is not up to the standard I would expect from an ibis hotel. There is also no safe in the room, and there is no tea or coffee maker, as one would expect from a ibis hotel. There was an attempt to break into the room next to mine. To be fair, the guest was quickly moved to the adjacent room. Breakfast was fine, and the adjacent restaurant offers a 10 discount, which is highly recommended. Overall, the hotel needs to be renovated and add the amenities found in other ibis hotels ASAP.

The last time I visited this hotel, I didn't know my name. But, I came to check-in and the girl at check-in made us forget who they were. We were given wonderful help and assistance. I was disappointed because I don't remember her name. They told the Ibis manager to find out if she was on duty before 6 am at that time. They should tell her about this experience. We will be back here next week.

The room size is ok and sleep is comfortable. Bathroom also ok. The breakfast variety was woefully short but quality was good. The hotel is right across from the railway station, so the location is great.

The hotel is directly across from the train stop on the main square. Excellent location. The check-in process was pleasant and efficient. The room is great, the bed is comfortable, and everything is spotless. However, it is a little old and needs renovation. The Internet is fast. The property has a very good restaurant on-site, and since it was a Sunday, there weren't many options open in Etienne. Hotel guests get ten per cent off.
