We had a pleasant experience and had a great time staying here. This was a cheap hotel that the travel agency which we were following chose it. It is not possible to see English channels. The room and bathroom are spotless, the bed is comfortable, and the coffee, hot water, and shower supplies are nice. We had a pre-paid continental breakfast which was fine.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. We had everything we needed. It took ten minutes to walk from the tram stop. There was a 247 grocery store next to the station. Breakfast was delicious, with some healthy options included. Because it was cheaper than most hotels in Paris, I would suggest this hotel to everyone.

Very enjoyable experience. I hope to return to Julius. Nothing too bad, just a leaky shower pipe. Keep up the good work.

I have a good experience with this hotel because of this simple and effective operation of this hotel. The best breakfast I have ever had. Some of the bathroom equipment is a bit broken, shower, sink, and bath have every issue with one small problem. Once fixed the following day.

I stayed for two nights on business. It's a 40 euros journey into central Paris, but it's close to my company and convenient for the tram service to get where I need to make a 2 euro journey to south Paris. There is also a trambus available close by and a bus stop outside, but we arrived late. The area is being rebuilt, so we returned to the hotel restaurant, which offers affordable menus for the day at 15 euros after modernization. Service can be slow at times, but it's relaxing. The room is basic, just like an ibis, and needed a little more attention and care, such as the sink drain plug stuck, and the toilet seat shattered. Excellent sleep since I had a parking lot facing room with memory pillows etc. Overall comfortable, clean, and functional. The overall experience was fantastic, and the staff was very supportive. In the future, I intend to return. It has changed since the renovation.
