personnel courtois chambre PMR je l'avais pas demandé mais bon le soucis de ces chambre c'est qu'une fois la douche prise y'a de l'eau partout et pas de raclette pour nettoyer et comme les wc sont aussi dans la salle de bain ce n'est pas du tout agreable !

We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking. The next morning we arrived at breakfast to find one of the most complete breakfast offerings we'd seen thus far, and a lovely young woman presiding! Perfect for hungry pilgrims who would be walking again that day. So, things started out not wonderful but ended up great!

Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, mais l'accueil est excellent, le service repas et petit déjeuner également. Le site est calme donc tout à été parfait pour nous.

Business trip during the delicate period when the cost is high and you need secure hotels. The staff took full anticovid measures including evening meals ordered and prepared for your room, and the same with breakfast. Friendly staff who really made the effort.

We decided to stop here as it was close to the main highway and on the route through France to the eurotunnel. As I arrived in the large parking lot, there was plenty of parking, the hotel's outside area seemed in need of some attention. In particular, grass areas needed trimming, old flower pots with weeds in, and old looking outside furniture to sit on. My initial reaction was, Oh dear. On entering the reception, the receptionist was friendly and I was given the choice of either a ground floor or a first floor room. We chose the ground floor because we had our pet dog with us. That was a wise decision because the room had a door as a window, which was excellent for dogs to access. The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed for our overnight stop. A comfortable bed. additional pillows. The only criticism I could say about the room was that if you had mobility issues, the bath was quite high to step into to use the shower over the bath. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on this aspect. Checkout was easy and again, friendly staff.

First things first. Excellent parking. My room at least has a door into the hotel's front, making it simple to take things out of the vehicle. But the room was dreadful and in dire need of a refurbishment. The bathroom was outdated, hardly any light bulbs were as old-fashioned. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. The food is good, but it is very average, I wonder how many times the food has been reheated. There was no bar.
