► These house rules aim to establish a relationship of trust between traveler and host and to allow your stay to be as pleasant as possible with mutual respect.

► The indicated check-in (5:00-9:00 p.m.) and check-out (8:00-11:00 a.m.) times take into account the time needed for the preparation of the accommodation between a departure and an arrival on the same day.

Therefore, for your comfort and my personal organization, it is not always possible to welcome you outside of the mentioned times.
Nevertheless you can mention in your message the time at which you wish to arrive and I will answer you if it is feasible.

► Also additional charges for early or late check-in or late check-out outside of the stated times will apply: 20 E per 2 hours beyond the posted times.

► An identifiable photo of your face is required to make a reservation with your first and last name (no fakes). An identity document (ID card or passport only) will be requested upon arrival.

By booking, you agree to abide by the rules of the accommodation which will be made available on your arrival and summarized below:
► Booking the accommodation on behalf of third parties who are not members of Agoda is forbidden and may be worth cancelling the booking without refund and/or interrupting the stay without compensation.

► If a company wishes to book on behalf of an employee who does not have an Agoda account this is nevertheless possible provided that the full identity of the employee and that of the company is transmitted to me and the company will be held responsible in case of non-compliance with the house rules or damage noted during check-out.

► Any fraudulent reservation (e.g. Schengen visa reservation) will be reported to Agoda and cancelled and the account of the booker suspended.

►The accommodation is strictly non-smoking (no smoking or vaping) outside in the yard as well as inside.
In case of violation of this rule penalties of 200 E will apply to cover the damage caused and the guest may request the cancellation of the stay without refund or compensation.

► Drug use and addictive behavior is not permitted.

► The accommodation is shoeless.

► No noise pollution between 10pm and 8am.

►For your comfort, the capacity of the accommodation is for a maximum of 2 adults.
The double bed is 140 cm by 190 cm.

► In case of a person over this capacity, this person will have to leave the accommodation and the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation at the fault of the traveler for not respecting the capacity of the accommodation.
If the reservation is made for two people but one of them uses the sofa bed as a bed, please inform me. You are also informed that an extra charge of 20 E per night is also applied.

► Any person who exceeds the number of travelers expected at the time of booking will not be allowed to stay unless agreed upon by the host.

► Pets are not allowed.

► The exercise of any commercial, professional or illegal activity is totally prohibited in this accommodation.
Prostitution and any trafficking is strictly prohibited.

► It is forbidden to receive outside visitors other than family or close friends.

► It is specified for all purposes that the accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when you entered the premises (dishes properly washed and put away, trash cans taken out with selective sorting, clean floor, work surface, table, fridge and microwave cleaned).
Otherwise, a cleaning fee of 60 E may be required upon the traveler's departure and/or deducted from the security deposit.

► Use of the Wifi Internet connection in strict compliance with French law.

► Non-compliance with the internal regulations handed out at the entrance to the premises may result in cancellation without notice of the reservation and/or interruption of the stay at the exclusive fault of the traveler(s) and no refund will be granted.

► Before your arrival please make sure that you do not carry bed bugs in your luggage that you do not put on the bed or sofa for reasons of hygiene and respect of the premises.

► A security deposit of 400 E covers damages, repairs, overconsumption of electricity and water, cleaning fee in case of accommodation left in a dirty and/or untidy state and possible losses noted at check out.

► The photographs, the description of the accommodation as well as the list of the equipment provided are not contractual. Even though every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, detailed information and descriptive texts illustrating the accommodation presented give as accurate an idea as possible of the service offered, variations may occur between the time of reservation and the day of consumption of the service. The host is bound by an obligation of means and cannot be held responsible for the non-execution or poor execution of the reservation in the case of force majeure, due to the actions of a third party, due to the actions of the customer (for example, deterioration of equipment following use contrary to the instructions given by the host) or due to a nuisance and/or incident that disrupts, interrupts or prevents the stay (for example, unavailability of the Internet service attributable to the Internet service operator).
