This hotel has very noisy floorboards, and most hotels in this area are very the same! One of the two receptionists was quite interesting, the other was at best erratic and not great for hospitality! It was a pleasure to have a full English breakfast and the lovely lady who served it. On the last morning, the shower in my room 10 was very cold and lukewarm. However, the location is ideal for me and everything is within my budget. All of these townhouse hotels have little rooms and many stairs, so book the orchard hotel if you need a lift. Be prepared for traffic noise if your room is in the front, but look at the trees in front of the hotel, I saw a parakeet and two jays.

Sadly, one staff member was genuinely problematic, the others were quite happy and helpful. I didn't want room service that week, and an elderly Polish brunette woman continually complained in front of my door out loud that night and even came to swear profuse words in perfect English at my entrance. Words and such don't do this to me, man. What the f.. because my paper notice said that no room service was required. Really awkward and unnecessarily because most of the employees were quite cooperative and welcoming. If there were any difficulties, just go to talk to me as a polite and educatednormal person would in a democratic society. What a shame that this individual was allowed to work there while others were exceptionally helpful and helpful. Unfortunately, I won't return due to this. Foreign people should be particularly grateful for the jobs they may get in the uk, and some are completely ignorant of how lucky they are to have a job in London, and I envy this in a good way because I'm not also a UK citizen. Anyway, choose a better hotel around the corner area with better customer service, like the London metropolis hyde park close by, where I stayed a few times. What a disgrace, and I hope the management read this and take the appropriate steps to teach the staff how to behave appropriately with polite and

This place is in the market and a lot of eateries. On certain days, clean towels were provided and replaced. When I came to London, I would most definitely come back to this hotel. Reddington Station, which offers excellent connectivity to the rest of London, is a 510-minute walk from the hotel. The location was good. I was hoping for a decent place with an excellent location. I was amazed to discover that I had a double room with an en suite room because I had reserved a single room with an en suite. Although the en suite was a little on the little side, it had a decent shower that was hot and stayed hot, and it was also powerful, much better than showers Ive had in other hotels. The hotel could use some renovation and modernization, but I was only there to see London, so this didn't bother me. The wifi was excellent, and the scrumptious meal that was included in the hotel fee was a nice plus. When you leave the hotel, you must leave your key at reception, but I didn't mind because I had one less thing to worry about losing while out and about. Every day, my room was cleaned and the bedding was tidy. On numerous days, clean towels were provided and replaced. The room was kept nice and warm thanks to an electric heater. They didn't serve fresh fruit at breakfast and there was no cereal at all. They don't provide synthetic marmalade but the eggs were good, but no fresh fruit, yogurt, or cereal. And then, the breakfast was bad because they didn't serve cheap fruit and no cereal, plus the price isn't worth it at all.

Dommage les verres en plastique dans les chambres surtout quand on nous demande un geste écologique pour le lavage des serviettes. Tout est bon mais un peu trop cuit au restaurant, même les oeufs durs.
