We stayed here for one night in July. Since the hotel is on the main quai, access was blocked due to the festivities. The hotel staff was very helpful in finding a solution by directing us to the hotel's own parking lot. We had a nice, spacious room overlooking the river. The hotel has many good facilities, a bar with a wide selection of drinks, and a large fantastic garden. The breakfast was excellent. A classy hotel.

Wonderful location with a lovely park in the back and canal views in the front. A variety of restaurants are easily accessible on foot from the bridge. The concierge and staff's excellent service, on the other hand, was the best part. When we got there, there was a festival in town, but they found us a restaurant on the spot. After we left, we realized we had left something important behind in a closet. The staff located it and delivered it to our home. We were very thankful for their assistance. They went above and beyond to assist us. Truly outstanding!.

We had a problem with the fuel strike in France on our planned trip, montalbaun. Sorry if the spelling is wrong at the front desk. It took a while to change the dates, but it was handled quickly and without any complications or additional costs. The entire staff was friendly, and our room had a balcony on the front, making it neat and incredibly comfortable. In order to charge your car like we did, you must have an adaptor and a three-pin charging unit if you're from the United Kingdom. Even though you have to pay for parking, it was free to charge, but it was difficult to plug in due to the adaptor, we attempted it four times and everything worked out. Thanks once more, and I'll certainly stay at this hotel again when in the area.

This location deserves to be packed every night! The building is the most magnificent, the rooms are spacious even the basic ones clean and well appointed, and the service is fantastic. We didn't have breakfast for no other reason than it suits our lifestyle and we didn't. Its in a prime location for the town centre and a perfect location to plan your visit to the wwe sites. There is a lot of on-site parking too, which is a major advantage. Its tragic they couldn't find staff to run the restaurant, but that seems to be a sign of the new times, I hope they can reopen it at some point, I am sure it will attract more people to stay. I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone planning a visit to verden. You probably wouldn't do better than that.

We stayed at this hotel as a base for visiting the verden battlefields, no better hotel or location could have been desired. We had problems with the fuel strike in France on our proposed journey, montalbaun. Sorry if the spelling was wrong at the reception and kept us informed of the local situation via e mail. Eventually we had to change the dates, this was dealt with quickly, without stress or additional cost. All the staff were helpful, and our room was fronted with our own balcony, this room was spotless and very comfortable. Just to note, if you are charging a car like we did, you must have an adaptor and a three-pin charging unit, if coming from the uk. It was free to charge, even though you pay for parking but hard to plug in because of the adaptor. I did do it four times and everything was fine. Thanks again, and I will definitely use this hotel again when in the area.
