Our vacation rentals are located in a quiet setting in the heart of the Anjou vineyards, about 15 minutes south of Angers and 20 minutes from its exhibition center. We chose this town to offer our guests a relaxing environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.Public transportation is infrequent in the town; therefore, a car is essential for getting around, whether you’re heading to Angers, local shops, tourist attractions, or nearby activities...One free on-street parking space is available for each accommodation.Each vacation rental is fully equipped to allow you to enjoy a self-catering stay: a fully equipped kitchen, everyday essentials, and comfortable living spaces where you can cook and make the most of your stay.The accommodations also feature high-speed internet, ideal for remote work, as well as a Smart TV with access to Netflix.Each unit has its own private terrace, furnished with outdoor furniture. During the summer months, two lounge chairs are also provided on each terrace so you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet and the sunny days. You can also safely store your bicycles there.For outdoor enthusiasts, we’re located in the heart of the vineyards—a particularly pleasant setting for walking and jogging. Golf enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of an 18-hole golf course, located just 5 minutes away. The Loire à Vélo bike route is accessible via a marker located less than 5 km from the residence.Swimming poolThe residence features a secure swimming pool, accessible through a system of private, rotating time slots. The schedule can be viewed in the photo gallery.This system was implemented so that each guesthouse can enjoy the pool daily in complete peace and quiet, without having to share it with other guests during its assigned time slot. This allows everyone to fully enjoy the pool area while preserving peace and privacy for all.During its private time slot, each cottage has unrestricted access to the pool area and its amenities.
