This place was so fantastic. I stayed in a cheap room and toured a premium one that looked spectacular. Mostly, the grounds here are so wonderful. After that, the staff here were very unfriendly and shy, like they were very cranky in their appearance and the cleanliness here were so bad, they have no stand-up lamps at night and didn't clean the room. Subsequently, the bathroom had a persistent smell after the shower. And then, then the spa was really lovely. Besides that, the bathroom was so dirty. In the beginning, the staff really did take care of the mess. The room looks great.

I was very pleased to see they have disabled rooms, at least two for a wheelchair user. The ground-floor suite we were given faces the garden and is at the front of the hotel, I think because there are no lifts at the hotel. The room is adequate, in my opinion. With a wheelchair, having my own seat is no problem for my wife, as there is no comfortable seating. The bathroom lacks a door, only a curtain, which is well-adapted. Space is just enough space if it were little, we would have had trouble, and this is not a long-term accommodation. The real drawback is that there is only one window in the front, which is located under a covered walkway and faces directly out onto the hotel's main entrancefront gardens and restaurant, so if you have the curtains open and lights on, you're in a goldfish bowl! As a quick getaway, we only stayed one night, but the restaurant was our main attraction, so overall it worked!.

It was our third time and the restaurant was good as expected, good quality for a reasonable price. Just a complaint I did not get hot water when I took a shower in the morning. For 150 a room without breakfast that's the least you can expect. The reply from the reception was it's now fixed when I check out! The renovation is beautiful but the pool next to the railway tracks is not good from a sound perspective.

Between long trips, this hotel has a relaxing place with comfortable rooms, a good food, friendly staff, and beautiful grounds. You can pick up some delicious french food at the airport in this hotel.
