This hotel is located well outside the promenade not far from the amenities. We stayed one night be and dinner. Our room was very quiet and a little dirty. The room was quite hot at night, and I was very claustrophobic because I couldn't open the window. Breakfast was good ok. Asher was really friendly and effective.

Overall, a pleasant stay. We stayed in room 12, as requested, because we wanted a sea view, but bushes and overgrown trees nearly destroyed it. The cheap Mexican pine bedside cabinet, which had been stripped or bleached, made the room appear to be worn out. Because there was mildew on the grout, the sink overflow was black and full of debris, which needed to be cleaned up as well as the shower cubicle. The bedding was extremely hard and starchy, but the towels and blankets were really tidy and white. Although my partner didn't mind it, I personally thought the bed was very firm. At the edges of the woodblock flooring was peeling off. Breakfast was adequate and not as varied as before the pandemic. The waitress was excellent and helpful. We'd had dinner on Valentine's night before, and the cuisine was excellent, but we skipped overnight. The personnel must be aware of their attention to detail.

We spent three nights here as part of our brief trip to Wales. First impressions were good. The hotel was easy to find, parking was convenient, checkin was fast and efficient our room 3 exceeded expectations for a three hotel. It was spacious and comfortable, with lots of wardrobe space. The en suite suite, which is up a steps, was also roomy and had a modern, simpletouse shower. The first two nights were peaceful. I do not believe there was anybody in the rooms on either side. Breakfast was adequate. The buffet consisted of standard mini boxes of corn flakes, toast, and other goodies, and the cooked breakfast's bacon and sausage were of high quality. Negative 1. The hotel is well used for conferences, weddings, etc, so there is always something happening outside guests. On the first night, the staff were still clearing after an event, and up until midnight, the sound of tables shifting and other things were annoying in getting to sleep. This time, we also heard someone in the next room and I could hear their shower's coughing. When drinking tea, it is never hot enough because it comes from flasks or urn. After a while, the shower tray overflowed and there was nowhere else to place soaps, soaps, and soap besides the floor. Overall, the important elements were in place, a clean room, a diligent,

I stayed in this place with my partner. The room was usually clean, except for the musty smell outside our hotel room 2, the bed was soft and you could feel the springs in the room. The shower door opening was for children. The room has an en suite toilet, making it too small. The breakfast selection, quality, and cooking were all excellent and the best part of the experience. We informed reception about the bad shower facilities at our departure, but nothing was said. Not worth the 112 price, sorry

We stayed for 3 nights and booked direct and received a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast is great and plentiful, I particularly enjoyed the granola. Very clean and pleasant hotel, food good, 25 for 3 courses and the starter of pesto pasta was delicious. The only slight drawback was the slow service for cooked breakfast but there were many other options on the buffet. Great starting point for exploration, hoping to come back when in the area.
