This place is definitely my go-to place to stay when visiting Edinburgh. They also give us a delicious, fresh breakfast with plentiful options.

I will definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating owner who will go out of their way to fulfill your requirements. It was my first time staying here after my daughter's recommendation and what a great time we had. The owners are just so kind and helpful david dropped us off in town more than once during our stay which was really nice of him. The breakfast was wonderful and Linn asked us what we wanted and what time we wanted to have breakfast too.

I'm glad I found this amazing. Lynn and David were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Since we had reservation in the city, they allowed us to check in before we were due. Our room was wonderful. Totally spotless, tidy, and cozy. I had a good nights' sleep due to the fact that the streets were so peaceful. Lynn made me a vegetarian omelet and the breakfast was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. After we had checked out, they even allowed us to leave our cars so we could get back to the city center. A very kind couple who makes you feel at home. I'd strongly advise anyone to stay here. On our next vacation to Edinburgh, we'll definitely come back.

I highly recommend it. The hosts are Lynn and David, and we all feel very welcome and friendly. The breakfast was great and had everything you want, as well as the delicious coffee that was freshly ground from beans. David even prepared more for the ride home.

We stayed 2 wonderful days in Edinburgh and had a very nice and clean room. I felt like we were invited into the family, had a great scottish breakfast, slept well in a big bed and got a free lift to the castle. Thank you for everything. It was a pleasure to know this place.
