What a fabulous hotel. The location is outstanding, with stunning views over the vineyards. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel’s facilities are excellent — the pool area is especially lovely and perfectly situated. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two small points: the bar was closed early one evening, which we found disappointing, and our room wasn’t made up until late in the day on a few occasions (once as late as 5pm). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Champagne. Loved it — thank you!

Sehr schönes Hotel, außerordentlich gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, toller Spa- & Fitnessbereich, schöne großzügige Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt: sehr spärliche Auswahl für Vegetarier in Abendkarte. Es gab ein einziges vegetarisches Hauptgericht - auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass die meisten einfach zwei Vorspeisen wählen würden. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we must say, we particularly enjoyed this stay. The hotel has made a few tweaks and changes to enhance the overall experience. They now have wine tasting at 6pm, the pool area now has the option to enjoy snacks and largest bites by the pool and the in room mini bar is now complementary. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly.

L'hôtel est encore plus beau en vrai qu'en photo. Il est vraiment isolé au coeur des vignes et la vue est à couper le souffle dans la suite. La piscine est chauffée, très agréable et avec un service directement sur votre transat. Le personnel est au petit soin, et nous avons bénéficiée de superbes petites attention. Notre chien également a été chouchouté. Nous nous sommes régalés tant au dîner qu'au petit déjeuner.

A good hotel with fantastic views of the wine yards. The rooms were nice, well cleaned and well kept. Breakfast was good. Good quality and a decent selection of items. The outdoor pool area was great. Unfortunately, the pool bar was closed our entire stay and the spa area was mostly unattended by staff. It’s recommended to reserve tables in the restaurant long in advance as it was fully booked, but there is a bar menu if you don’t want to go to Epernay.

This hotel is very well positioned- what a view all the way round. It was lovely to look out over the vineyards at breakfast each morning. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choices and friendly staff. Only small criticism is the lighting in the bedrooms. Very low level which made the room dark.

Läget och rummet var helt fantastiskt. Avsides och lugnt. Utsikten från rummet mot vinrankorna var oslagbar!! Väldigt trevlig frukost med mycket att välja på. God middag i restaurangen och gott vin samt rimliga priser. Spat var trevligt och ingen trängsel en söndag. Enda negativa var att personalen i matsal och bar var lite röriga och svårtillgängliga. Men kan ändå varmt rekommendera detta boende, helt fantastiskt!

Almost everything was super-b. The only thing we can say to improve is the price-quality ratio for the restaurant/bar. Prices are extreem high compared to the quality of for example the food (diner) and the coffee at the bar. Quality is ‘ok’ but not in ratio with the prices. We did one dining on our arrival day and decided to spend our money for diners elsewhere. Champagne by the glass starts at € 18,- while you stay in the center of the Champagne region? Wine same prices while you stay in France? Also € 7,- for a ‘double espresso’ while I got a simple Americano? Those are details that should be perfect. If the coffee was a perfect strong double shot espresso, then that € 7,- would be just fine, although still a bit high IMO. Good margins on beverages is fine but extreme margins just isn’t fair based on quality and the location as in the region/land of wines.. It feels like something needs to be compensated this way. Breakfast was perfect and all the rest also really good! Also thanks for the great services of the staff!
