We had a wonderful time at Katy and Olivier place. Short walk from the train station, very well located! The rooms are super nice, recently renovated and the shower is just out if this world!!! :) They were very kind with us, the breakfast was great and always nice to have some help to move around or to recommend places to eat from them. Thank you very much, we would love to come back and enjoy your beautiful place again. Alberto & Lu

Great location on the Canal de Midi. Only a small hotel but very well run. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay there again in in Carcassone.

We liked the location. It was easy to get to places via the rail link, situated nearby. Katie and Olivier were extremely helpful and made our stay more enjoyable with their suggestions for places to visit and local restaurants in which to eat.

Lovely home which has been a Bed and Breakfast run by Katy and Oliver for just over a year. They are wonderful, gracious hosts. The property is a very convenient walk from the train station along the Canal du Midi. It is about a 30 minute, interesting walk from the walled Cité. Katy welcomes you with information a out your visit to Carcassone and restaurant recommendations. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, featuring homemade compotes, granola, fruit and eggs with smoked salmon. Wonderful! If we ever return to Carcassone, we will be back!

Superbe! What a delightful and welcoming place to stay. I can’t recommend it highly enough, I loved the decor, the delicious(& varied)breakfast, the location & above all the kind hosting from Katy & Olivier. They have created a wonderful gem and are so open & friendly that you can’t help but feel relaxed and really enjoy your time with them. I’m already looking forward returning!

Exceptional accommodation and suberb breakfast with really helpful and delightful hosts. The accommodation is close to the railway station and walkable to all the delights that Carcassonne has to offer. Our stay was only short and we wish we had planned to stay longer but we'd certainly love to return.

I love the location here，I t’s very close to the train station, right next to the Canal du Midi, and both the old town and La Cité are within walking distance. The room is very nice and clean, and the bed is very comfortable, after a full day out, it’s so relaxing to lie down. I really enjoyed the thoughtfully prepared breakfast; the quality is exceptional and feels like a whole other level of enjoyment, the best. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and hospitable, offering great recommendations for places to visit and delicious restaurants nearby. It was the most memorable experience of our trip.

We loved our stay in Carcasonne! The accomodation was in a perfect location for a stop on our cycling holiday along the Canal du Midi and had everything we could hope for. The beds were super comfortable, everything was lovely and clean, and Katy and her husband were so nice! The breakfast was also fantastic - highly recommend!

Our room was perfect. It was perfectly clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a view of the canal. The breakfasts were deliciously prepared with care. They kept the downstairs stocked with free cold water and various sodas and good wines at a very low cost. It was an absolute joy to experience this hotel that Katy and Olivier obviously put in so much of themselves to remodel from an old home and that they run with such care and detail. They were there to help out with any questions about the wonderful town of Carcassonne. They should be very proud of their hotel. They are wonderful people and we strongly recommend their hotel.

Perfecte en rustige ligging, op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, dicht bij treinstation, restaurants en supermarkt. Terras met mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten of te relaxen is super, maar zou netter kunnen onderhouden worden. Ontbijt verzorgd en lekker, maar er moet meer brood voorzien worden. De sneetjes zijn geteld! Rustige en nette kamer (Sarah) met koffie en thee faciliteiten. Geen koelkast op de kamer, wel een gemeenschappelijke koelkast bij de ontbijtruimte waarin fris water staat. Kamer is eerder klein en is bij meer dan 30 graden, snikheet, niettegenstaande de ventilator. Gerenoveerde badkamer met zeep, shampoo en conditioner. Geen lift. Tussen de kamer, en de ontbijtruimte met terras, liggen 2 verdiepingen. Vriendelijke uitbaters.
