We drove from cherbourg, and we decided to spend one night in face-au-solo. This is a quaint little guest house that is run by Jean-Marc, whose generosity, concern, and humorousness led him to produce the finest crepes we have ever eaten in France other than my own! We were basically in an apartment, a very comfortable apartment with a large bathroom that separated us from another double bedroom decorated in the Ili de Re style. We received a delicious meal that was as good as the hotel's breakfast, and we were treated to a sizable table for everyone to sit on. It was such a nice touch when Jean-Marc gave us a mug with our names on it.

If you prefer rooms with individual style, I strongly recommend maison face au soleil. With three friends, we stayed in the suite with a terrace and an additional room. This was the ideal arrangement because we had a lot of room and an extra shower room to use. We cycled most of the time, yet we could simply have rested and unwind in the courtyard. Being able to utilize the fridge and some of the kitchen was also very helpful. Pierre was always very helpful, he was always ready to help with reservation of restaurants and taxis. His brunches are also great to look forward to. I really hope to return to ile de re and return to this hotel!.

We spent three nights at face au soleil while staying in beautiful Isle de re with our two boys. Our host pierre made us feel so welcome and at ease in his incredible, creative home. Our suite was ideal for a family stay, spacious, beautifully decorated with contemporary art mixed with rustic French charm, and complimented by large, modern bathrooms. Our breakfast was a real treat that pierre prepared for us each morning with a unique, delectable twist. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return to face au soleil. The location was excellent, walking distance to beaches, market, village, cycling trails, and restaurants.

The wonderful place, which we stayed in for four nights, was bathed in sunshine. Crystal was a wonderful hostess who made us feel warm and friendly, and she also creates a welcoming atmosphere for her visitors by entertaining and chucking. Every room is tastefully decorated, and thanks to Crystal's stylish approach, every space is distinctive and classy. You can choose fruit, yogurt with honey, and bread for a fantastic morning for breakfast. The market, shops, and the rest of the island are all nearby, and the island is a short distance away. For our stay, Crystal scheduled bikes, which helped you eat off of the delicious meals nearby. The mound and ocean local cuisine was excellent, and the market had many alternatives for an amazing picnic on the shoreline for about a 15-minute stroll. We hope to be back in this idyllic setting soon.

The location is close to the market and beach and also on the bicycle path. And then the friendliness here is very outstanding. After that, the food here was very good, with good value for money.
