This Hotel makes a perfect choice for our visit. This place is perfect for us. Our time at this Hotel Dote was wonderful. Both the bathroom and the air-conditioned room were large, spotless, and modern. They provide a simple, quite French-style breakfast with pastries and fruit and a very useful and appealing logical way to store food and beverages in a fridge and enjoy the atmosphere. We had a great time staying here. The location outside Cognac is lovely, surrounded by olive groves, and the owners are friendly, considerate, and capable. The bathroom as well as the air-conditioned room were also quite spacious, spotless, and elegant. There is a terrace in the room that leads down from a tiny lawn to a spotless, warm pool. The breakfast in the form of pastries and fruit is offered, and guests have access to a very useful and attractive logic where food and beverages can be stored in a fridge and consumed in a pleasant setting. Overall, we thought this is just what we needed and had hoped for. We would be pleased to come back.

We stayed there for five nights in September and were delighted. Annick and Jean-Claude were gracious and unobtrusive hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. As it is located just off the do and has enough parking for three cars, access to the property is really simple. There is a small but lovely pool at the back of the property in the middle of olive trees and herb bushes. Our first-floor accommodation was simple but tastefully furnished and equipped with adequate cupboard space and hangers. The walk-in shower was amazing with a handheld shower and a rainfall head. Annick prepared a well-presented breakfast of fresh bread, fruits, cheese, jams, and yogurts. The property is 1. He from Cognac, which has many excellent bars and restaurants. If we returned to this area, we would undoubtedly stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights as we were attending a nearby wedding. The room was clean, the views were beautiful and the hosts were great. Breakfast was delicious, we traveled elsewhere in France for a week after and couldn't find a better breakfast! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here because friends rented a house a short distance away and we arrived late. We decided to stay here on the recommendation of the house owner. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the interior is very attractive with lovely decor. The breakfast is excellent and satisfies my need for gluten-free food. I would only advise you to keep in mind that credit cards are not accepted. We paid in cash because the cost of a foreign bank transfer is very high and the exchange rate is very high.

My wife and I recently returned from a three-night stay at Mas de Loivette, and despite the 41-degree heatwave, we discovered enough shaded spots and crannies to enjoy our stay in the lovely home of yanni and jean claude, our hosts. We were there for a wedding and had taken a taxi from nice to the site and didn't have a vehicle to get around. The owners were fantastic, they asked if they could transport us into town to shop, took us out to our evening supper venue, and on our final day, Jean claude provided us an impromptu tour of cognac, which was truly lovely and a wonderful surprise. They make guests feel very welcome, one of the couples at breakfast was afraid of a wasp infesting her, and Jean claude stood beside the table with his swatter shouting and whacking it away. They are a truly lovely couple, and we have every intention of returning or even letting them rent out the apartment they have in Cannes, which also appears lovely. Very special three days.
