An exceptional stay from start to finish. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean, and impressively quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The spa and pool area were outstanding, easily one of the highlights of the hotel. We also really appreciated the complimentary daily sports activities, which were a great added bonus. Breakfast offered a good selection of fresh, quality options, and the location couldn't have been better, with everything within easy reach. Overall, this is probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed in. The quality of the facilities, service, and overall experience far exceeded the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great hotel only minus was that people did not respect the age in the spa so small children was running around playing inside the spa several days. At the end of our stay they put up a sign and that helped.

Great location, handy shuttle to Grand Mastiff. Sauna and hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Don’t expect snow in the village in March. But good snow after 1500m

I had a great stay overall. The room was very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The staff were also extremely kind, professional, and respectful. They helped me a lot with booking several restaurants and were always supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. The balcony was lovely with a great atmosphere, although I couldn’t really use it much due to the very cold weather during my stay. The only disappointing part of the experience was the breakfast. Honestly, it was the weakest point and I strongly hope it will be improved. I’m planning to come back again (more than once), and breakfast is an important part of the day—especially before skiing. The options were very limited, mostly boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, and there wasn’t much variety or a proper breakfast selection. It would make a big difference to have more fresh choices and ideally a chef station or better hot options, especially for a high-quality property like this. Thank you again to the team for the great service.

Verder prima hotel, super schone kamer!

Fab stay with fab facilities. Our only complaint was that there was no Netflix or similar on the TV for the teens to watch.

The property, staff and location were all fantastic. The property is by far in a way the best in the area. The lobby, spa and dining options in the property were all 10/10. I stayed in the apartments - I had a two bed and it was super spacious, modern, clean and had everything you could need! Super impressed and will definitely be back!
