The amenities are so good, the listing is accurate. The rooms are clean and they let us store our bags before we checked in AND after we checked out. See the Eifel from the front door, close to metro. It was great.

My wife and I stayed for 9 nights. Central location and safe neighbourhood with many restaurants and shops nearby. Minutes walk to public transit. The suite has a full kitchen and washing machine which was great for our extended stay. Clean and well furnished - everything is top notch. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Eiffel Tower is a plus. Since it is an apartment hotel, do not expect typical front desk/concierge services onsite. That's not to say you are not getting any assistance. On the contrary, Julianne was extremely helpful. This is a great place to stay and I can't recommend it enough.

Modern, clean, safe, quiet property. A/C worked well, appreciated washing machine and well stocked kitchen. Would have been nice to have more coffee supplies like milk, and if they were restocked. Comfortable bed, nice rain shower. Room was a bit tight- limited where to put luggage and clothes- no closet. Nice area tho wish there were better options for groceries nearby.

The location and quality of the room was more than we expected, which was facing the patio. The room was fashionable but functional although the size was limited due to the constraints by the location. The sofa bed was very comfortable and easy to assemble and the kitchen was very useful especially having a mini supermarket at a waking distance nearby. It is only 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and 5 minutes walk to the nearby bus stop. We stayed 3 nights and the manager was very attentive and kind to support us in many ways. We have no complaints other than having some difficulty to open the main gate with the QR code. Maybe it is better to improve the system to have it open at once. (It usually took more than several times to try). We will definitely book the same room when we have plan to visit Paris again. Thank you Julianne for your kind support.

This was a wonderful home base for our family’s five nights in Paris! We would stay here again! The rooftop was amazing -I only wish we could go up there to enjoy the Eiffel Tower lighting at 10pm, but it closes at 6 I believe. We were able to see the Eiffel Tower from our windows if you looked out the sides so that was also nice.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this place, I felt so at home with a great view of the garden everyday! The interior accommodations are upgraded including the bed, bathroom, kitchen and kitchen equipments. The location is excellent and central to all other major landmarks and yet private enough to be away from the everyday touristy atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic location! This property was perfect for our family of four. How can you beat a roof deck with a view of the Eiffel Tower? Stylish interior with perfect kitchenette to prepare a little breakfast each morning. Our stay was perfect.
