Pretty good location. Very close to metro (But it’s a big station. Once you go down the escalator, it’s still a long walk to the station. On the way back to the hotel, we got lost for a bit. Calculate your time well if you are on the tight schedule. Terrific view (we had a little balcony with great view). Cute deco. Great air-con. Awesome rain shower!! Wonderful kitchen. Comfy bed. Great towels (thick and comfy) Nice staff. The room is a little tight for 4 people with luggages (when you set up the sofa bed). We really like the restaurant on the left side - if you are in the hotel, it’s on your left). It might be a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.

Be aware that they are quite strict about checking in and out at the scheduled times because there is no on site desk.

Great location and communication with host. It was exceptionally hot weather in Paris during our stay and we made good use of the kitchenette and washer dryer.

Property was centrally located to all the go to spots in Paris. Metro was 3 min away. Room was clean as shown in the pictures. Communication was clear and staff was friendly. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient to get around and explore Paris. As a family, we were especially impressed and satisfied with the three bathrooms—it made our morning and evening routines so much smoother without any waiting. The bedding was of excellent quality, very comfortable, and clean, ensuring a great night's sleep. While the elevator is quite mini, having an elevator at all in a historic Parisian building is a rare luxury and much appreciated. Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we would definitely choose this place again!

This place is exceptional in every way. It’s in a great location on a beautiful tree lined street surrounded by restaurants and shopping. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect. Our apartment was so pleasant with top of the line plumbing fixtures and appliances. Very effective air conditioning with a thermostat in each room. Easy walk to the Louvre and Nôtre Dame. Now I can’t imagine wanting to stay anywhere else. We will be back.

Best place we’ve ever stayed at in Paris. The location is perfect and the apartment was clean, large, and the staff communicated very well the entire time. We will be back for sure! This is a true gem in the city.

I like the location, the service, the host. Just I need the real iron (there is a steam machine), more towels. Thats it. Merci!!! Than you!

It was located in an excellent location! Within a 7 minute walk to the Louvre, and a 20 minutes walk to La Notre Dame. The apartment was also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and within close walking distance to a fully stocked grocery and bakery, and was literally across the street from a metro train station. My only complain was that as a senior couple I found the apartment was not sound proofed enough to drown out nightly external sounds, and the elevator was super small…only one average sized suitcase could fit with one individual at a time. But the building manager is there every morning for a couple of hours to address your needs and concerns.
