We will definitely return!. In September, we spent three nights in Lyon. It was a little challenging to arrive by car. As the road is so narrow and there is no other route to go around, you basically block all traffic for a few minutes. Nevertheless, most people are quite welcoming. Within a 10-15 minute walk are several underground parking lots where you can leave your automobile while you stay. If you go all over Lyon, or take the metro, this is an excellent transportation, but there aren't many euro coins and no bills will be accepted! This large flat, built in the 1920 s, is particularly intriguing. This home has very high ceilings and has completely been updated in a very innovative, contemporary way. Marine, the lovely, warm hostess, seemed to enjoy practicing her English once we began talking. We were given a number of intriguing suggestions for our excursions around the city. There were wonderful pastries, bread, and homemade jams for breakfast, but there was no yogurt or protein, instead, it was a lovely modern bathroom. The room is not particularly safe for small children because it has large windows that are low to the floor that take out into the courtyard, without bars or balconies. The one thing we truly missed was a fan. While it was quite warm and the air inside the house was completely still. While many Europeans don't utilize fans, some flexibility and consideration

I heartily endorse Marines I and I. She is a very kind and helpful individual, to begin. Not only did she permit us to drop off our bags quite early, but she also was incredibly helpful in giving us directions. Sadly, we only visited Lyon for one day, but her home is close to the river, chic shops, and restaurants. With the amount of time offered, we were able to do a lot of sightseeing. Because we had to leave early in the morning, we were unable to have a sit-down breakfast. Marine prepared a lovely tray of homemade goodies and fruit for us to take on the train. So delicious! I wouldn't think twice about returning to stay here.

The fact that we had to travel 12 hours before hitting the slit roads in the middle of the night wasn't something we recommend. However, after eating at a restaurant recommended by marine, the tension levels went away quickly. Nos chambers en ville is a good base to explore Livon. The whole city is within walking distance. The city center and metro can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Marine is a gracious host. Because the rooms are deep in historic buildings, they are spotless and peaceful. fantastic character, maybe not for everyone, but if you want to experience Lion, this is a good choice.

Our room was large, clean, comfortable, convenient and welldesigned. My husband and I couldn't be happier. The house is a charming mix of old and new. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient to historic sites and museums, rivers and restaurants as well as the artsy and hip croixrousse district. Public transportation is also nearby. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of homemade jams and baked goods, bakery bread and fruit. Some reviewers complained that the bathroom design didn't have a real wall and door. All I can say is if thats a problem don't choose this wonderful place. Or try everything else thats beautiful about nos chambers.

I had a wonderful two-night stay at this gorgeous apartment guesthouse in the silkweavers area recently. The apartment itself is interesting, it has been renovated with skylights and a small indoor garden and high ceilings? Silkweavers working area? The room was charming, with a view of the inner courtyard and a deep claw bath in a separate bathroom. Very pretty. Marine is a warm and caring host. She provides a delicious breakfast with delectable jams. Communication may be somewhat difficult if you don't speak a little French. I heartily recommend this hotel to you stay in Lyon and hope to return one day.
