The breakfast was limited and not tasty. The meat and cheese platters were sparse. Fruits, oranges, and grapefruit segments were given one day and the hotel was already full the following day. Cutlery tables were not enough. Breakfast is unreliable. We will not pay for it again. We ate breakfast for two days. There is a more hip vibe, but the vibe is mostly minimal. The bar-club zone is so dark and peaceful. The hotel location is excellent for exploring Lyon, and we parked in a secure underground parking lot about a short walk away. There is a parking spot reserved for vehicles. Apertivo is disgraceful and unsatisfactory. We would not be returning to spend money on brunch here. I had a wish to love the hotel more, but there were some chuckles from me. If this were a trip advisor option, it was better than average, but in general, its good overall. We had a great time. The carpet in our room and on floor 5 is a little dirty. We did respond to the initial night email survey, but none of it was noted. I believe the responses are not read. Apertivo is so divisive and deceitful. Maybe because we misunderstood. We were given several snacks but thought the hotel offered a free aperitif

The hotel is located on the phone's bank, close to the city center. The friendliness of the staff was very good and the rooms were comfortable, the small size and lack of toiletries were a bit annoying.

It was a relaxing stay at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Aperitifs and snacks were a nice surprise. We enjoyed exploring Lyon.

I was looking forward to staying at this brand in Lyon because I had previously stayed at this hotel in Paris. They provide the same comfortable rooms, coffee in the lounge, and aperitifs in the evening. It didn't work, but they did. The only downside was when I check out at midnight, I needed to buy stamps for my postcards, so I inquired if I left more money than actually needed for stamps, and if they would kindly buy them and post the postcards. They were extremely uneasy and directed me to a table a block away. It was obvious that nothing would open at midnight, but I attempted to get to the airport on time. The table was closed, of course! I highlighted this, but they declined to assist further. This is a real disappointment since other hotels have assisted me in such situations knowing that post offices do not open at midnight! Aside from this, the hotel is recommended. Restaurants nearby that are totally worth it cafe vocal for coffeebreakfast, lari du dragon, and compton de libanais for dinner.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the Lafayette Bridge, next to the River Phone. You can only cross the bridge and you're in the center. Many young people hang out by the river, run and ride bikes. There are also bars and restaurants nearby where you can eat. The hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. My room was nice and clean. Everything in the wifi, shower, and coffee maker worked well. The room is good for one person or a couple. The club was quite dark for my taste and there was a lack of fresh air. But they offer soft drinks throughout the day and apperitivo in the evening, which is a good benefit. I didn't like the air and the smell in the club and in the hallways, so the whole hotel seemed rusty.
