The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations for getting a beverage as we waited for our rooms to be ready (we arrived early) The room was large comparatively to other France hotel rooms we've stayed in. Breakfast was delicious with very helpful waitstaff on a busy morning. Luckily the air conditioning was able keep up with over 100° weather! A real plus is the location which is within easy walking distance to many stores and great restaurants.

Hotel lovely and conveniently placed. Facilities at breakfast let it down. Insufficient plates, cups and cutlery available to self serve and tables not cleaned promptly enough. All in all a good hotel, but if this was sharpened up it would be superb.

Located on the main square of the city the hotel was in the perfect location to explore the city. Hotel was all it promised and very comfortable for our three night stay.

We booked last minute after the aircon stopped working in our hotel. Everything was great, easy to book, check in was straightforward and the room was spacious and comfortable- with working air conditioning! The hotel is a little bit dated but still comfortable and in a great location.

The location was amazing. The room was large and had a great view of the square. I would recommend getting the breakfast buffet.

We stayed for five nights. Perfect location in center of Toulouse. Room was clean and comfortable. Solid building with thick windows so no noise from streets. AC worked well. Receptionist arranged a taxi for an early run to the airport and he arrived right on time. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Staff were awesome, ac worked properly. Would have liked slippers and housecoat as advertised for the junior suite. Also no lotion or hair conditioner.

Check in was painless. The hotel is right on the main square in Toulouse. All the Team members were polite and efficient. Breakfast was very busy and someone took my chair away while I was at the buffet, however that was not the fault of the team. At breakfast all the team were so busy, yet they all worked well together and were extremely polite when asked a question. Checking out we were again greeted with a busy but very polite and efficient team member. One thing I would note to the hotel and it is really petty, but, was noticeable to us, was in room 112, due to the Tea/Coffee shelf the door handle into the bathroom is fiddly. Maybe it was our hoof hands and I am willing to accept that it may just have been us. ***RECOMMENDED*** for a stay in the centre of Toulouse!

My husband and I only had two nights in Toulouse, so staying at the Place du Capitole Hotel was ideal. Being right on the main square meant we could walk everywhere and really make the most of our time. The staff were kind and went out of their way to help, even keeping our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy a full final day before flying home. It made our quick trip feel relaxed and easy.

I can highly recommend the Plaza. It is literally a stone's throw from le Capitole. We arrived early and were checked in straight away by the very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotless. I can't comment on the restaurant as we ate out for all our meals but I suspect it would also have been great. All in all a very enjoyable experience and wouldn't think twice about staying there again.
