The staff were incredible. We had a leak in our shower, it was fixed so fast. They were very nice, fun to talk to, and always willing to help. This hotel is an absolute gem in Paris. If you want to stay south of the River Seine stay here. It is close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as cafes, restaurants, pharmacy,...etc. We are already planning our return next year, and we will definitely book the Rayz Eiffel Hotel.

We had an amazing stay for two nights. Convenient location, well kept room, friendly and helpful staff - but the highlight was definitely the roof deck with the perfect view of the Eiffel Tower!

This property was a cute boutique hotel. Excellent customer service at the desk. Beautiful view of the Eiffel tower from our room. This hotel is close to most sites you want to visit. My favorite was Rue Clear behind the hotel. Plenty of places to eat and markets with fresh fruits and vegetables. There was a market that had freshly squeezed orange juice. It was delicious!

The location of this property is fantastic! You are a 10 to 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. The closest Metro is 2 minutes and its Miliary Ecole on line 8. Rue Cler is 2 minutes with awesome shops and food options. Staff was top notch and most of then were fluent in English which was helpful. We were welcomed with a fresh croissant at check in and complimentary bottle of wine in the room. We also had a complimentary breakfast delivered to the room the first morning which was lovely. The room had a nice size refrigerator with a small freezer and a microwave with some basic dishes and silverware provided. It also has a stove top with burners. The one odd thing was no ice cubes to be found anywhere. If you want ice cubes bring an ice cube tray so you can make your own. We started freezing bottles of water and then breaking them up for cubes for our water bottles. There is a nice roof top terrace that has tables and chairs and some couches. Great for take out dinner and a nice view of the Eiffel tower. If you want to see the sunrise you need to make arrangements as its only open 830 Am to 1130 PM. Know however that everyone in France smokes and they do it openly and proudly. There are ashtrays,discarded cigarettes and smoke everywhere. We found restaurants to be very challenging in this regard. Its like the US in the 1970s with smoky haze. Our room did not smell like smoke, but it smoke is an issue, I would ask for a non smoking room. The elevator is tiny and very slow.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 12 jours au Rayz Eiffel début mai et honnêtement, nous aurions voulu y rester encore plus longtemps. Après presque deux semaines sur place, nous avons vraiment eu l’impression de vivre Paris plutôt que simplement la visiter. L’emplacement est absolument exceptionnel : un quartier élégant, sécuritaire et vivant, rempli de petits cafés, boulangeries et restaurants magnifiques ( gros coup de cœur pour l’Auberge Bressane ) recommandée par une locale… , tout en restant calme et paisible le soir. Pouvoir marcher jusqu’à la Tour Eiffel presque chaque jour était un privilège incroyable. L’hôtel est impeccable, raffiné et extrêmement confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le style boutique-hôtel intime, la qualité de la literie. Chaque détail semble pensé pour que les voyageurs se sentent chez eux. Un immense merci également à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Le rooftop avec sa vue sur la Tour Eiffel ajoute une touche magique à l’expérience. Prendre un moment là-haut en fin de journée avec un verre de champagne restera l’un de nos beaux souvenirs de ce voyage. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour parisien. Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs du Rayz Eiffel et nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir. 🇫🇷✨

Wow! We’re so surprised how beautiful the hotel and rooms were. The rooms are small but very well designed. We took our wine up to the rooftop and enjoyed it watching the Eiffel Tower twinkle. Make sure to get breakfast…very good!

“Our stay felt like a true Paris experience. The breakfast was exactly what you’d imagine from a classic Paris breakfast — fresh, simple, and delicious. Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two people enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
