Spent two nights here in the heart of Arcachon, just a few hundred meters from the city center. Spacious clean, well-equipped studio apartment, perfect for our needs. Small but comfortable, there is everything you need. Rooms are arranged around a courtyard, so it's quiet and peaceful. Prices are very, very reasonable, free laundry and book swap always a plus!

In September, six of us are all very satisfied. However, the room is not well equipped and our room feels quite crowded, even with a fan. We rented bicycles from Locabeach, which is near the station. The beach, the main coast cycleway, and the Monoprix supermarket are both in 2 minutes' distance. Wi-Fi is excellent, but you have to notice the password on top of the microwave. Take the Victoria elevator to take the park one street east.

Aquarium is a wonderful place, but the apartment we had was disappointing, given that we had spent 460 euros for four nights. It was significantly worse than the other four apartments at the same price. We initially believed it was because we had a small dog, but two of the other, much larger and renovated apartments had dogs, one much larger than ours. Our apartment girl needs a complete makeover. We had two rather unattractive white chairs bucket in the kitchen diner lounge, which served as our tranquility. If you want to reserve make sure you avoid this apartment. It was a huge shame that the apartment was so old and worn, as it otherwise was a nice location, and the manager was extremely nice. Specifically, our rating is based on the apartment we stayed in.

There are many ways to visit a beach, it is merely a few minutes away. We also have a very nice hotel that offers free parking. The small room and the small kitchen bed are very small but for the price you can't expect much in France, especially this area.

We wanted to come back to France and to stay in this place, I realised that this is the last time I came to France and not the first time. But the place is just a road away from town and the beach. The place is also very clean and has good maintenance. With a lounge, kitchen, fridge, and wifi there is no parking. But that is not the end of our vacation. Then, when we arrived to France, the owner was very bad, so he made a significant overpriced error in our bill that was only two days away. So watch your bill.
