Our room had two bunk beds and a foldout soaked that remained folded out for the week as we didn't spend much time there. The mother residence eden park is a 15-minute walk up lovers lane! From the harbor, in a lovely area. The grounds are neatly kept, but the grass needs to be kept off, and there is a good-sized swimming pool we did not attempt. There is onsite parking. The rooms and decor are a bit dated, at least ours was. I don't know if other arrangements are available, but our room had two bunk beds and a foldout soaked that stayed folded out for the week because we did not spend much time there. It was not very comfortable. There is a to that only offers French channels and no radio channels that I could locate. There is a kitchen sink, dishwasher, full-time ceramic hob, and microwave. There is also a coffee percolator for Brits, we had brought our own travel kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The toilet and bathroom are separate and there is lots of hot water. WiFi is available but not in the room. There is a good selection of plastic tables and chairs for the balcony. I deduced from some of the notices that some residents may be permanent or semipermanent. A small supermarket is accessible on foot

The house is in a lovely garden with a large pool and a roof terrace with spectacular views. The apartment is well appointed and perfect for our requirements. The mama staff were very helpful.
