During the winter season, reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00.Please note that the breakfast room is currently closed until further notice.The price includes accommodation, beds made upon arrival, bed linen, towels, household linen (bath mat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, two bathrobes, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchenette), basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices (for browsing, emails and research), as well as charges and taxes (excluding tourist tax and application fees).Guests also benefit from access to the hammam and/or sauna, available upon reservation at the reception desk.For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
