A welcome kit is provided as a courtesy upon arrival.Reception is open daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.The residence features both a communal heated swimming pool and private pools, open from early April to early November, with water temperatures maintained between 24°C and 26°C during this period. Each house offers its own private pool measuring either 4 or 7 metres in length (unheated) and a furnished terrace. The communal pool (20 × 4.5 m) includes deckchairs and a dedicated children’s area, making it ideal for families. Please note that there is no indoor swimming pool.A charging station is available on site at an additional cost. A security deposit is required upon arrival: €500 for studios and apartments, and €1,000 for other accommodation types.Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded, including children and infants. If additional guests are declared, a paid upgrade may be offered subject to availability; otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled without refund. Pets are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund.
