Très beau séjour dans cet établissement. Les employés et résidents était tous très gentils. Le studio était très propre et parfait pour un couple. J'ai apprécié le petit balcon. Je retournerais sans hésiter!

I have a wonder stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. This is in a senior home. Staff might need to assist them first. Other than that, it's not different than an apartment hotel. I will definitely stay again. The hotel is very quiet. Room is clean and big. Kitchen has all the cooking equipment and dishes. Instruction is very clear. Location is great. Just 5-10 minutes walk to the castle. Plenty of restaurants about 2 blocks away. I walked up to the castle twice (one in the afternoon and one in the evening). It's beautiful and quick. I couldn't find a grocery shop nearby. You might want to pick up the grocery in the old town before heading to the hotel.

Spent one evening at Résidence Carmina with our German Shepherd. The apartment was well appointed, spacious and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Quality linens. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. We appreciated the secure parking, inner courtyard and just a short walk to the medieval city of Carcasonne.

Très joli appartement, bien insonorisé situé au pied de la cité de Carcassonne. Lit confortable, petite loggia, parking inclus. Les lieux étaient vraiment agréables. Seul petit défaut, l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu succint, par exemple il n'y avait pas de passoire.

Surprise le logement se trouve dans une résidence senior. Mais tout est neuf et beau nous pouvons entrer et sortir à notre guise grâce a un badge et profiter des communs : jardin intérieur, salle de sport , piscine (qui malheureusement était en dysfonctionnement lors de notre venue) et parking privé. Notre studio au 3ème étage est spacieux très bien décoré et très propre. Nous bénéficions d’une petite terrasse privée avec vue sur le château. De plus le logement est a moins de 10 minutes à pied du château et de la cite médiévale et 15 minutes du centre ville ou du marché. Tout est parfait ici de même que la gentillesse du personnel. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Cette résidence hôtelière a tout pour plaire. Un personnel très accueillant, des studios ou Appartements bien équipés et confortables. Une bonne literie. Et une piscine et une salle de gym. C’est un super rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

The accommodation was a fully furnished flat in a new block. It was well-equipped and very comfortable. The flats were not serviced but this was not a problem as we only stayed for 3 nights. The building seems to be a 'Seniors' block of flats with a few flats used as holiday lets but don't let that put you off as it is very comfortable and affordable and is just a short 5 to 10 minute slightly uphill walk to the walled town.

A wonderful apartment, everything new and modern ...fridge and kitchen, large bathroom. . Lovely balcony, and the hotel has an elevator. Very close, short walk to the medieval Cite and the restaurants of Rue Trivalle. Note that this is a Seniors residence, nice snd quiet. Front desk staff very helpful when arranging for a taxi.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Zimmer sind Bestandteil einer Seniorenresidenz und waren sehr großzügig angelegt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Dusche großartig und es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herdplatte, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach. Wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz hinter dem Haus parken, der durch ein Tor gesichert ist. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und hat uns Empfehlungen für den Besuch der Stadt gegeben. Da wir kaum Französisch sprechen, waren wir froh, dass sie englisch konnte. Alles in allem würde ich die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

A really lovely place to stay - in the shadow of the castle itself which was a 10 minute walk away. It was more an apartment than a hotel room, with fridge/freezer, sink, living area and two separate bedrooms. Be aware that it was initially difficult to find because the rooms are within a retirement home and the facilities within our room clearly supported assisted living. Staff very friendly!
