When we arrived it was evident our mattress had seen better days. They immediately replaced it with a new one with a smile on their face. The mini kitchen was well stocked with coffee and dishes. There was soap provided. The blackout curtains were helpful as we were there in June. The air conditioning worked well as we were in a heat wave, very much appreciated. The breakfast bar was excellent with many options. Good coffee with the option to have the staff make a special coffee. Underground excellent parking for the days that we rented a car. Good access to the riverfront and trams and many options for dinner nearby. Pleasant informative staff.

We were very impressed from the beginning our stay until our departure with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Our room was very clean with a powerful shower and clean towels. The location was also superb with many of the city’s landmarks within a reasonable walk. We would strongly recommend Staycity Bordeaux

Great location, great value, the standard room we had was small but we only slept there so no problem. The bathroom had a slight damp smell and the shower had a small leak but it really wasn't a problem for a weekend break

Excellent place to stay. Very conveniently located, clean and efficient and above all amazing stuff. I was there for three nights and it was just steps away from most of the main restaurant, bars and shopping streets in the old town. Garance from the staff was my unofficial guide who helped me everyday with great recommendations and options.. i highly recommend this hotel. High value for the price.

Brilliant local, lovely rooms and comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Didn’t hear any noise once in your room. Great aircon. Toilet flush and shower tray needed fixing.

Rooms and premises very clean with a friendly helpful staff. Quiet area and easy walking distance to transit, the old town and St Catherine street that is a pedestrian strret to a variety of shops and restaurants.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Staycity hotel, but I will definitely be seeking them out in future travels. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was clean with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was great for walking around Bordeaux and accessing transit. My only complaint is that the kitchenette sink is tiny and it’s difficult to wash all the provided dishes in there/ have somewhere for them to dry, but I did appreciate having so many amenities in my room. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Staycity for 3 nights. It is well located and well equipped. It is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. I liked our little balcony area and having a kitchen gives you loads more options. I woulld definitely recommend it and would stay again.
