The location is very strategic and close to the train station, the bayou tapestry, and the cathedral. The hotel is good and the employees are also very kind. They always offer their best service. Plus, the location is a 10-minute walk from the train station and they pick us up right across the street.

During our stay at Villa Lara 1417, September 22nd, the staff and the property met all our high expectations, from the friendliness and efficiency of the staff who staffed the desk, through the comfort and attractiveness of our rooms, to the excellent breakfast that was available first thing every morning. If we come back to the bayou, we will definitely book again.

The best visit we've ever had during our 2 weeks in France vacation was at Villa Lara, which was our first stop. The personnel was amazing! They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and they were extremely helpful in arranging dinner and making tour recommendations. The rooms were cozy, with each having a different color theme. The rooms were larger than most European apartments. Very cute! Every morning's breakfast was incredibly diverse, and you could also request customized omelets or egg scrambles. The hotel is strategically located close to the city center and some of the world's top tourist attractions. When we leave, we discovered that one of our party had left a jewelry purse in the safe. They worked to have it shipped back home for us because it was too late to return. A week after we arrived, all the jewelry was ready. I appreciate you so much for taking the time and going above and beyond to make sure it comes back.

Villa Lara has a very unique feeling. The same person who takes your bags will bring your room service. They made dinner reservations for us every night and were very kind. The grounds and interior are beautiful. And the air conditioning is a big difference!

We would have loved our two-night stay for 600700. Considering that I had stayed more than 100, I felt that I wasn't getting my money's worth. This hotel has a lot to recommend. It is a lovely location in a great setting with pleasant customer service. It has a homey vibe. The lovely bar area has a nice selection, and breakfast is good and plentiful. The nice bar area has a nice selection. They claim that it lacks some of the facilities a five-star hotel might have like, such as a spa or a restaurant. That was fine. However, our room was what one would expect given fewer stars. For delectably comfy beds, I typically reserve five-star hotels. This one was adequate, not excellent. I frequently crave coffee in my room. They only offered instant coffee and one bag each of two varieties of tea. Our shower was wonderful. After you performed twists to enter. There was no chocolate in the room, a lovely bottle of water waiting, or anything else you might anticipate at a four-star hotel, let alone five. The drapes couldn't completely close the way to a dark room, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. When I made the reservation and discovered that amenities were limited, I suppose I assumed that they would make up for it by making all the other things
