Convenient location and very walkable to different sights. Great for 1-2 persons since it’s very cozy. The metro runs frequently, and that took some getting used to, but overall we had a good experience.

Chambre propre, mais froide. Le chauffage étant masqué, il faut un temps long avoir de réchauffer la pièce. De plus, le métro passant à proximité, la chambre reste bruyante.

Chambre correcte.(quelques poussières quand on marche nu s pieds). Douche bonne en pression deau mais il manque un morceau à la paroit de celle-ci car de se fait de l'eau va sur le lino. Televisiln pas bien du tout car une chaine seulement????? Cafe, capsule endommagé. Sinon séjour sympa. Métro bruyant.

La chambre était globalement propre, à l’exception de quelques poussières sous le lit. L’emplacement est très pratique, proche des transports et des commodités. En revanche, le bruit du métro et de la rue peut être gênant, mais cela reste indépendant de la volonté du propriétaire. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct pour une nuit.

Joli chambre optimisée et bien décorée, un peu exiguë. je regrette l'absence de personnel pour l'accueil. sitaution pratique dans le quartier montparnasse avec des restos et commerces, et la gare.

Beaucoup de difficultés à rentrer dans l’appartement (4 codes) mais le lieu est très agréable et très propre. Autre petit souci : le bruit du métro qui passe sous l’immeuble.

Gute Lage - ob nun zu Fuß, per Bus oder Metro. Der Check-in war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Das Apartment an sich ist recht klein, zum Schlafen okay. Beim Duschen stand das Bad leicht unter Wasser. Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, ist die Nähe zur Metro nicht so vorteilhaft. Das Haus ist recht hellhörig.

There was a horrible way to get in. Four codes to remember, and if you don’t have internet connection, impossible to get the instructions from your email. No one to open the door because it was just a building with no front desk. I can say mor horrible experience we had in this place. The room was efficient and restaurants are within walking distance. That’s the only plus I can say, tho the area is full of graffiti.

La chambre en elle même est très bien, et littéralement à 5 minutes à pied de la gare. En revanche, il se trouve juste au dessus de la ligne de métro, il faut donc prévoir les boule kies jusqu'à 1h et à partir de 5h30. De plus je n'avais pas reçu les codes d'accès et "l'hotel" (ce sont juste des chambre avec des digicodes) n'était pas affiché sur la plaque de l'immeuble. J'ai donc dû les appeler pour qu'ils m'envoient les codes pour entrer dans l'immeuble et deviner le parcours pour trouver les chambres. J'attends d'ailleurs toujours le lien pour régler la taxe de séjour en ligne malgré 2 appels.
