I stayed for 4 nights in 2 different rooms. The first 2 nights we stayed in the wing without a lift so we had to carry our luggage down. The last 2 nights we stayed in a wing with lift access, we experienced slow water flow in the shower on ith floor room. What they could improve here is general service mindset. The room is clean and wifi is good. Sim card is available to buy here.

This was actually one of the quietest and clean places. also amazing rooms and stuff, very friendly and helpful . would recommend it for people who want to stain in Tbilisi but not in loud areas.

Alliance Hotel was very nice. Staff was very helpful. We used the microwave late in the night and they also provided a heater for our room. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was extraordinary. There was enough food to keep a mid size wolf pack full for two days They have a nice selection of very affordable wines.

We have an excellent room, corridor, wifi, etc. They have reasonably priced rooms. It is located in a peaceful area. The staff is also a friendly person. Breakfast is quite good. The rooms are clean and tidy.

The employees were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were neat and regularly cleaned. There were a few minor issues with the windows, air conditioning, and lights. The breakfast was nice and fresh, but the coffee was delicious. Since I was in Bali for a conference, I was hoping to get some pen and paper in the room, but there were none. In addition, the location is a little remote if you want to see the city center.

I would like to recommend this hotel to you who want to experience the city. The staff is very kind and helpful. Cleanliness in the room was maintained and updated every day. There are some light and air conditioners that need to be fixed especially with the window. Breakfast is quite tasty and fresh but the coffee is good. I was in BALI for a conference so I was hoping to have pens and paper in the room. However, there are no. The location of the hotel is quite remote if you want to go to the city center.

I was able to check in at 7AM by paying an extra half day - well worth it after a 28 hour trip without sleep. The hotel we simply wonderful entire stay. Top marks to the front desk personnel - friendly and efficient. The breakfast was an excellent and abundant buffet. The room was obviously old, and the furniture was showing its age. However, the modern bathroom was appreciated as was the in-room safe. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the bathroom, however, that never went away my entire stay. Internet/wifi was good, with reasonable speed and a solid connection. However, the television was not “smart” - an older model that shows only about 6 broadcast channels, all in either Georgian or Russian. It would be nice to have YouTube or Netflix access, or at least one English language news channel such as the BBC or CNN. Overall, it’s a 2.5 to 3 star hotel with a 5 star staff.
