I have visited a few restaurants in Telavi and I'm glad they have new hotels. However, the service should be as impressive if you intend to make a living in the hospitality sector with the correct rates. You enter, and there is no proper parking, you check out the temperature due to regulations, you passed it and went to a restaurant near the pool, and security prevented us from yelling to come back, which was extremely rude. He began to make himself right and said that he works alone, which I can accept, but the way he responded was not applicable. The restaurant also asked the manager on duty, but unfortunately, no one was present in the entire hotel, which prevented us from returning. It was OK for the period of summer, and the service was also better, but since there were a couple of tables, they couldn't offer food on time or transport one and the other. It is a calm, well-arranged place, and pleasant, so please improve the service. The restaurant attendants are also very friendly and willing to serve all guests well.

The room was so beautiful. The hotel looks nice and clean and has a pool outside. Although far from Telavi's center, the staff was very friendly. There are a lot of cocktails available at the bar.

The staff were young & not trained in customer service! I asked for help with my luggage & the young man who kept me waiting Is seen at the bar- free. He could have helped me straight away cos the porterage took 2 minutes, he knew that but kept me waiting regardless. The hot water was only tepid both in the vanity & shower. It was a cool night so I didn’t appreciate a cool shower. The toilet cistern didn’t work & kept running. I reported these things so future users weren’t inconvenienced. But they seemed to not take this on board. Even though they understood English

Don’t pick this place. Typical example of a wannabe fancy hotel that might work for locals but it’s a scam for tourists. At checkin they mixed up the rooms and gave a standard room while we booked a deluxe. Then wanted to charge an irrealistic price for the standard room. When I showed the price from their website we settled to pay the realistic amount. Carpet in the room was dirty. Service in the restaurant is average. No idea how this ever got 5 stars.
