Overall, I would recommend this hotel. During our vacation, we stayed here for one night. The location is excellent. We had a river-facing room. The White Bridge is 7 minutes' walk from the hotel. The room was large enough with a balcony. There was a fridge in the room. The room also has air conditioning, but it was a little cold in February. Nice breakfast that was served at the front desk, including sausages, cheese, jam, omelet, coffee, yogurt, and other items. Friendly staff spoke excellent English and not in Russian.

First of all, let's say the people are really doing their best to make your stay great. The one major thing they have not kept in mind is that not meeting customers' expectations is worse than doing your own thing. Let me start by saying whats good about the place newly renovated hotel Things are clearly new let's ignore that my german eyes spot things that wouldn't happen in a true luxury hotel for a second. If you compare this option to others in Kuwaiti it's probably also the most modern version of a hotel view of the river from the breakfast. Extremely ambitious staff who are a little nervous to please you Pretty good and manageable ac seems obvious but we had some major ac fights in Georgia what we would improve, which comes from a management consultant who sleeps in hotels 180 nights a year and I work in sales! If you sell it as a four-season, expect that! Meaning if you compare this to a four-season you will be disappointed! If you compare it to the standard German hotel, you will really like it! Teach the staff basic English words for breakfast more seating options outside for breakfast overall.

The motel is in an excellent location. Within a few minutes' walking distance of Kuwaiti's city center, and after traffic, it takes about 25 to 30 minutes from the airport. You can see a beautiful view of the surrounding area from the riverside. Even the sound of the river makes the location special. We used to sleep on our balcony doors at night. The hotel staff was really helpful and friendly. They served you a delicious breakfast each morning. The hotel was kept spotless, and we felt at home.

Very recommended place. It is in perfect condition, so very clean with friendly service. The rooms are spacious and brand new. A really good and generous breakfast. Very helpful recommendations with to do list in the area. We are a well traveled family and highly recommend this place.

I love how clean the hotel is. I got a room with a balcony. They made me fresh breakfast every morning. Then the location is also very strategic. After that, the view of the river is very nice, because there is a river nearby. Subsequently, the employees at the hotel were so helpful and kind.
