スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで良い雰囲気した。部屋も広く清潔感があり新しく申し分ないです。唯一のマイナスは、チェックイン時に精算済みのホテル代を請求されました。予約確認書を見せてOKでしたが、データをしっかり管理してほしい。

Very clean. Good breakfast. Make sure you know if you reserved or paid in advance. They had trouble during the night shift when I checked out to confirm that I paid in advance. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is up and coming area - with FABRIKA very close by. At 54 US this is a great deal! The design matches the name.... very opulent and golden...

Super friendly staff. Really exceptional. Early check in was not a problem. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Like at many hotels, the night staff does not always understand when a room is pre paid. So at check out it took ten minutes to clear that up.i recommend to alsways to a screen shot of booking so you can easily proof your claim. Area is up and coming with FABRIKA only a few blocks away.

During my stay in Tilosi, I stayed at the Gold Hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, the manager got in touch before I even went on a trip and advised me about a taxi from the airport, even said the cost would be nothing more than angel, the driver at the airport gave me 125 gel, so it was good advice. The hotel is a charming boutique hotel, with friendly staff, very reasonably priced rooms, and a tidy room. The restroom is one of the places you will notice about the hotel, and it was spotless. I would not think twice about recommending this hotel.

The location of this hotel, as well as the size of the room, were good, but the breakfast that we got could have been better. The fact that parking is provided here even though it is hard to find due to one-way streets, but this is part of tblisi.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the subway and it's new location. We stayed here for four nights to go to Georgia. We made our reservation through papplication, and when we arrived, they were expecting us. It's a boutique hotel, so there isn't much lobby traffic, but they have two staff on duty until rp. The reception staff who answered our questions can speak English well. They have a lovely breakfast area, but there is no restaurant that is not necessary. There are numerous options close by. The standard room had a small size to be adequate. Since it is off the main street, we seldom hear traffic noise. Their spa has no staff, and a masseur can arrive on request. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this hotel to tblisi visitors.

So the hotel itself is fine. The room was okay clean enough. But the highest marks were for the lovely staff. I arrived very late and they had stayed and waited for me and after a disgusting taxi driver over charged me 250 gel! They were very nice and tried to phone him to get him to return and even offered to call the police for me about him. They tried to call him again the next day. The sweetest thing was the receptionist saying she was so sorry and hoping it didn't ruin my impression of their people.

I stayed here for two nights on business in Georgia. The rooms are comfortable and mostly quiet, road noise comes through a lot if there is a truck. Beds are comfortable. Heating works well, but only when the card is in the lighting slot and it takes some time to get going. Breakfast is ok, a slightly odd mix of meat and potatoes one day everything was fried the next boiled. The major down side was the erecting of a crane and major drilling on the house next to the hotel at 3 pm for an hour.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a good location for the metro and the centre of Tblisi. The bedroom was very spacious with plenty of storage space and the bathroom was large and modern.

New in 2018, this is a first class hotel. A little way from the centre, but a short walk from local transport, it's in a busy area of small, local shops. The hotel does everything very well, from the always-welcoming staff to the comfortable, good-sized rooms, the excellent shower rooms, good breakfasts and excellent wi-fi. As it's new, everything is in pristine condition and is kept spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

暖房が入らない。セイフティボックスが正常に動作しなかった。アイパッドからEメール送信が出来なかった。ホテルは原因が分からず、正常に動作していると主張。他のホテル、レストランでは全てメール送信が出来た。部屋のキーが作動しなく、再度、キーデータの書き込みしてもらった。スタッフの対応が悪い。
