The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend time there and I definitely recommend this hotel. The location is also very good, next to parks, shops, and good restaurants.

One of the best hotels you can find in Tbilisi. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. The hotel is located at a very picturesque place in the hills of Tbilisi, overlooking Mtatsminda within walkable distance to some main streets, modern restaurants, and cafeterias. Strongly recommend.

Staff personality can make or break any business, and with this in mind, I'm happy to report that hotel Genio had very welcoming individuals on the front desk. Friendly, efficient and professional. In addition to the above, the bedroom and ensuite were a good size, and tastefully decorated. The room contained a side table, 3 chairs, a desk, a fridge, a kettle (the latter of which came with complimentary and coffee, as was also the case with the bathroom amenities). Everything one expects from a good hotel was provided for, and as a bonus, the view from the roof terrace was exceptional. I will return.

Such a terrific find this 5 star Hotel in standard , so reasonably priced , being tucked away , up the hill , from the trendy shops of Abashidze Street in the Vake District of Tbilisi . So proudly family run and it shows ! The staff were all exceptional and I will definitely be making this my ‘ go to ‘ Hotel when next visiting Tbilisi. A really wonderful stay and a great balcony to unwind from in this lovely area . I loved the excellent comfort and vibe of this Hotel and SO well priced for this high level . I’ll see you again for sure !

Excellent boutique hotel in Tiblisi's take neighborhood. Very comfortable beds in good rooms, and a lovely tiny balcony directly outside the room. I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and modern showers and wonderful air conditioning. Everyone here is kind and helpful. Very highly recommended!.

I heartily suggest this hotel. This hotel is in the take area of tblisi. There are excellent accommodations and comfy beds. The size of the room has small balconies that can be seen from the outside. The air conditioning facilities here were so great. The room had a large, contemporary shower and it is decorated well. I loved it and very much appreciated it. Having so many wonderful and helpful staff here.

In the upscale Take tblisi neighborhood, the Hotel genie is just a few blocks away from a main commercial street. The rooms at hotel genie appeared to have recently been renovated or newly constructed. The bathroom was large, clean, and equipped with a large standby shower and a heated towel rack. With a variety of large pillows, the bed was new and cozy. There were slippers, a bathrobe, and a small mini fridge with drinks and snacks at no extra charge provided in the accommodation. There were many channels in Russian, German, English, French, and English in the room. Every morning breakfast was from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. The personnel prepared fresh eggs and cooked sausages along with a variety of fresh fruit, cheeses, baked goods, sweets, and cereals. There was instant coffee and teas, juices, and milk in the basement breakfast area. The hotel was available at the front desk every day, albeit occasionally in the early morning or late at night. The personnel was very courteous and friendly, and they offered to help with taxi bookings. The hotel had about 34 rooms per floor and seemed more like a small apartment building. There were fewer food or shopping options there, the immediate neighborhood was more residential. The main commercial street was reached on foot in about 57 minutes. The space had a small flyscreen that had many channels in Russian, German, English, French, and German. Every morning breakfast was from a till am. Fresh eggs and cooked sausages, as well as a variety of fresh fruit, cheeses, baked goods, sweets, and cereals were prepared by the employees. There was instant coffee and teas, juices, and milk available. The breakfast area was in the basement, clean, neat, and wellkept. Every day, a staff member was available at the front desk, but he could sometimes be out in the early hours or late at night. The personnel was quite nice and accommodating and able to arrange taxis. Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good.
