I spent two days there. The hotel is in one of Tiblisi's top locations, and the location is really good. It's a small hotel but the room and service are fantastic. I also recommend it to others.

I strongly recommend this hotel! We arrived at the inconvenient time of 3. a.m. in tblisi airport, but we were picked up by car and brought to the hotel. Once there, we were greeted by pleasant staff who showed us around. It was clean and bright, and the hotel had even given us a complimentary cake and strawberry drink! The next morning, we ate a buffet breakfast with lots of options. We have now stayed here for five days, and I do not have a single complaint, although I am amazed at how small the elevator is! The location is very convenient and close to the metro. The staff are knowledgeable and speak good English. They can also offer good advice about things to do in Tibblisi and the surrounding area. All in all, fantastic.

This is the last time we came back. If you visit for the first time, I would advise you to stay at this place because their hospitality is amazing and they will give you all the details you need as a tour guide. I can say that they are more concerned with customer satisfaction than with revenue. For two days, we stayed there. Due to its excellent location, most of the best attractions are near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and will give you all the information you require as a tour guide. Small hotel, but everything about the room and service is fantastic. They will always go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. I can in no way believe that they focus on the satisfaction of their guests rather than their income. My Israeli, congratulations and your service. And, Andrea, thank you for all the last-minute arrangements for our city tour with the experienced driver. We had a great time. I suggest this hotel to others too.

The breakfast was adequate and the room was simple. The bathroom was always wet due to a leak.

The hotel is in a great location. Close to all the bus terminals. The hotel rooms are small but very warm and ideal for couples to stay after a long day of walking. Breakfast was tasty. Nothing more. Overall, the staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean!Great location!.

Overpriced. It may not be rated a 3.5 star hotel as it advertises. Stayed there for 3 nights. When we arrived they first tried to put us in a ground-floor room, which looked terrible. Besides we found a broken air–con (it was +26C outside BTW) and no hot water there. There were only two hangers in the wardrobe etc. We told the staff that it was not acceptable. We were asked to check in and wait until somebody would come and have the issues fixed. We said: “No, that’s not what a 3.5 star hotel should be. You give us another room or we’ll leave.” Okay. The replacement was ready in a while. Here is what we received: small room, stuffy, very basic furniture, faulty equipment, ragged bed linen, stink, very few TV channels, and to crown it all – a horrible noise coming from the street 24 hours a day (as the window looked at a busy street and there was no noise isolation). The room was so small that it could not even accommodate two bedside cabinets – just one, a small one without a night-lamp. You actually had to use the switch at the entrance to switch off the light going to bed. There was just one chair in a would-be double room. Fair enough, as you could hardly find any space for the second one. We had also to move the bed closer to a wall to let the wardrobe open. In this room, the air-con barely worked and it completely died on the second day of our stay. Wi-Fi did not work well, esp. on the second day. In fact we had to use mobile Internet. No “Free bottled water" provided.
