I had a great stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also enjoyed the nice view from the room, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is excellent — just a few steps away from the Old Town and within walking distance of many of Tbilisi’s top attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city. A special mention to the Asado Steakhouse on the ground floor. It is simply amazing! I had one of the best steaks I've ever tasted there, and the overall dining experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had an amazing experience staying at Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel. The property is modern yet beautifully preserves the charm and character of Old Tbilisi. My room was comfortable, stylish, and spotless, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and authentic. The service was truly remarkable. The front desk team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and professional. They explained everything in detail, helped with my room upgrade, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. I highly recommend Mercure Old Tbilisi Hotel to anyone visiting the city. Outstanding service, great location, and a team that truly goes above and beyond. I will definitely return on my next trip to Tbilisi.

Loved this property! Very friendly, helpful staff. Close proximity to Old Town. Clean, comfortable rooms with free drinks from mini bar. Bed was very soft. Loved the on-site steak house dining option and rooftop bar. 10/10. Very safe neighborhood for solo traveler.
