Staff were professional and pleasant ~ Breakfast was especially good ~ The room wi-fi worked well, a big deal with me, and there were very-warm-to-hot showers ~ My room, number 4, was comfortable, warm, clean and well-detailed ~ A good place to spend time ~ Thank you for a pleasant 20-day stay ~

It was a very nice place to experience the old town, walk the cobblestone and narrow streets with numerous restaurants to choose from. Location was perfect for walking and enjoying the old flavour of the city. The service at the hotel was above and beyond, reception and owner quite courteous and the breakfast was better than a hotel could provide. Would do this hotel again, anytime. It was quiet but closed to everything we needed.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt ist in der Nähe aller Touristenorte ,für diejenigen ,die ein ruhiges und sauberes Hotel suchen ,ist es die beste Wahl. Das Hotelpersonal ist wunderbare Menschen und bietet immer die Hilfe wie Nicole, Ali , Luca und der Rest deren Namen ich nicht kenne. Danke Munir

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Excellently located, it is really the perfect place to stay. My room had a gorgeous view of much of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts very good.

"Boutique hotel" is a misnomer for what is, basically, a glorified guesthouse. It’s reasonably well run and also informal – staff dress casually. Rooms are pretty average and can be prone to a little street noise, even though this place is off Kote Abkhazi Street, the main drag in the old town. Actually locating the place itself can be an issue after dark, when signage for the alley it’s on can be hard to spot (the guesthouse is tucked away just out of sight if you’re on Kote Abkhazi St). Breakfasts are not bad and include eggs cooked to order, but the spread - which includes various cakes and the usual cheese and ham, but is short on Georgian staples such as pilau rice - is nothing special, and (typical of Georgia) breakfast starts at a relatively late 8.30 am.

Ein schönes, gut renoviertes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Von hier aus lassen sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafes fußläufig erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, wurde teilw. frisch zubereitet, die Wurstauswahl könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Economy room with the queen size bed was absolutely horrendous, it wasnt even cleaned properly we saw strands of hair in the shower, also black mold on the shower walls. Sewer smell was insufferable we couldnt stay in the bathroom even to brush teeth. Thankfully A.. helped us change our room. He was kind and helpful. However there was a man who came after A.., we don’t know his name since he didnt even introduce himself. He was rude and cocky when we told him we wanted to change rooms. He “shooed” us with a hand gesture meaning “get out, go upstairs” and we weren’t happy with him at all. We chose this hotel for friendly staff and good breakfast. Breakfast was subpar we didnt think it was sufficient. Overall hotel has a good price but if it wasn’t for A.. we would’ve left and found another place from the first day. If you consider staying here in an economy room, simply don’t.

Location convenient but noisy and ordinary hotel. Wifi coverage is poor. Breakfast is ordinary. Even shampoo is not provided. The manager is courteous and nice but it will be great if they could provide better facilities.
