The only good things about this hotel are its four excellent aspects, such as its great views of the mountains, its cuisine, its server, and its attentive and respectful WiFi. You won't sleep well at night! All the other people will be awakened when one person gets up and moves about! Showers do not function correctly. It's either a scolding drip or cold wind! And when you switch on the shower, the bathroom floods! The rooms are small. There is no place to hang your clothing or put your suitcases. Sleeping on uncomfortable pillows and mattresses. We stayed for two nights and didn't sleep. This was meant to be a lovely christmas getaway! Totally overpriced.

It looks like good view at a very expensive price. The view is very beautiful. The food is okay. The staff is very bad at the center, it's not big enough to compare to other resorts. But this is definitely a nice place to stay.

All of the things in this hotel are excellent, such as the great views of the mountains, the delicious cuisine, the friendly, and helpful servers. The price is not worth it at all. If you have a hard time falling asleep, you won't get any rest! Everyone will wake up as soon as one of their guests gets up and moves around. The showers are malfunctioning, it is either a cold, scolding drip, or it becomes chilly. And as soon as you turn on the shower, the bathroom floods. The rooms are cramped. There is nowhere to hang your garments or store your belongings. No to? uncomfortable cushions and beds. We stayed for two nights and have trouble falling asleep. This was meant to be a special Christmas getaway! Much overpriced!.

This is not the place to select if you're searching for a beautiful, truly excellent hotel. I was checking rooms with a voucher from my company. I intended the room for 1 month in advance, but when I called and emailed the hotel, they refused to book for me a room with a mountain view. As a response, they explained that they had it free, but they would not book it because perhaps someone wanted to book it. They didn't care about it anymore since I had already paid for my voucher. Also, they initially told me there is no room with a double bed, but after I called another employee, she accepted my reservation with a double bed. On the day I arrived, I also asked if they could rebook my room with a mountain view, but they said there is no free room but I saw on booking that there are rooms with a view. The shower was damaged, water was running from every side, making my clothes and phone wet, which I set far from the shower. The ceiling hanger of the other shower was not moving, so I couldn't take a shower. There is no to in the room, the lighting is too low, it is almost impossible to see anything, and if you have eyesight issues, like me, you will struggle a lot. Food can not be much to say. The staff was helpful and friendly. The view here was spectacular. We stayed here for lunch. The food tasted good and had some tasty vegetable options. I enjoyed the view and the drink was delicious.
