Very nice place at the heart of old town Tblisi for family of 4. We took a double room and rooms were big. Great management and easy to enter and leave any hours of the night

Charming little place down a quiet alley while also still conveniently located in the old town. I accidentally booked my room a day earlier than intended and they were very understanding about it, allowing me to check in as soon as I arrived around 6am rather than waiting for the usual check-in window. I would recommend the room with the balcony, a nice spot to relax with some wine.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect, and the manager is really nice and very helpful. I had a longer trip, and so I appreciated being in one of the rooms with laundry and a kitchen.

This is such a cute family-run hotel. The lady that takes care of it and the person in charge of the management are really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place and I will certainly choose it again once I am back in Tbilisi. This is a very good cost-benefit.

My partner and I spent 3 days in Tbilisi and had a memorable holiday. The hotel is walking distance from all the main attractions in Old Tbilisi. We really enjoyed walking through the quaint but happening old town streets at night. The owner was very helpful and kind. She let us leave our bags in the hotel after check out for a few hours while we were sightseeing.

Little hotel in the Old Town, more of a guest house feel from the very friendly and helpful hosts. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. Asked for an airport transfer but the driver left before I got there, so had to get a taxi for which they were very aopologetic. A small issue, an excellent place to stay

Very nice place. Outside seems small, but when you walked in, it's like modern and somewhat upper scale home. There are many rooms inside the house. So the room feels like 'homey' instead of 'hotelish' (my room...unsure about other room). There are umbrellas provided by the door (came in handy as it rained for a whole day). Landlady is also kind and accommodating (I arrived early and able to checked in early due to available room). She was also responsive and helped to cleanup the room immediately when it was found there was water leakage in washroom.
