One of the best overall hotels I've stayed at in Europe! Get a room with balcony, probably the best views of the whole city! The restaurant on top was my dinner place almost every night; great selection, plus impeccable views of Georgian life!

You cannot find more convenient location in the Old Town. Easy walk-in distance to all of the Old Town sites. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes around as well. The place itself is very nice, the room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed. The balcony was a plus. We also enjoyed dinner/drinks on the top floor restaurant with beautiful views of the old city. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very good position of the hotel in the middle of Old Tbilisi. Close to Sulfur baths and all restaurants. Very nice and cousy hotel.

I loved my stay here! Location may be its best asset--super close to everything you need. The facility itself is very nice--clean well thought out. My room was very comfortable and the service was excellent. They arranged a taxi for my 3:00am trip to the airport and held my bags when I checked in because I came early. The breakfast was pretty nice as well--all in all, I would absolutely recommend this place. I will say, being so close to the Sulfur Baths--be ready for some surfer smell here and there. If smell really bothers you, this is something to be aware of!

Personale impeccabile professionalmente e umanamente molto partecipe e caloroso, sia alla reception, sia ai servizi in camera, sia in sala ristorante. La colazione è servita in un'ambiente arioso, luminoso, arredato con gusto e discrezione, con una bella vetrata; il cibo e le bevande sono freschi, vari, invitanti e ben presentati e il servizio è accurato e pronto.
