We stayed for 4 nights. We arrived around Rp. and check-in was not until Rp. However, the helpful receptionist managed to locate a room to check us in immediately, which was great. The room was a good size and overlooking the front of the hotel. The king bed with two duvets was good in case you have someone who likes to steal the duvet. The room was cold at first, but we requested additional blankets. The bathroom and shower were nice, the shower was nice and big and didn't take long to heat up. All of the hotel staff was friendly and helped us make reservations at different restaurants. I liked that we had to hand the room key each time we went out to prevent the key being lost. They were very accommodating and happy to help with any requests or info we asked for. Breakfast was average, not worth 14 for us as we can be fussy, but if you like coffee and eggs, it is worth it. A bakery is right around the corner and the room has hot drink making facilities. Wed recommend eating at Liebighof instead of tatterbach if you want traditional Bavarian food. It's really easy to get around the city from level station via tram or tube, but most things are a 20-minute walk away.

The location is good if you like walking. The room is small, but very clean. Shower pressure was good and the hotel offered supplies and a hair dryer. The staff was very friendly. I didn't eat breakfast because there were many options close by. It did get noisy on the streets in the morning.

The area around the hotel is important, and numerous good restaurants are recommended. The subway and market are both nearby. Clean and adequate. The rooms are a little small and the showers are small but it is Europe and to be expected. Good value.
