I had booked what they said is a superior suite and despite being a gold member, I was assigned a room in the basement without daylight. The room smelled awful and reminded me of stays at cheap highway motels. The shower was a combination of shower and bathtub. The shower's switch was broken, so 23 of the water kept running through the tap. The sink didn't work well, and after finishing the shower I stood in a very full bathtub on a cold winter morning this might have been nice, but the beds and blankets were uncomfortable. There is a selection of pillows, although a very inconvenient small pillow or a likewise inconvenient large pillow check-in was efficient and friendly. Check-out was even faster as nobody is on duty between midnight and april and the key has to be dropped at an empty desk. I thought I would get my bill emailed, but since leaving my key at this desk, I have not heard from the hotel.

Before our midday flight back to the us, my wife and I spent the night with the agent. We were driving, so getting from the hotel to the airport was rather simple. The room was spacious and comfy, and the hotel was clean and peaceful. Parking was free both in front of and behind the hotel. We went out to dinner at a decent Italian restaurant next door because the rain made passing others less appealing. The reception manager was very helpful. He noticed it was raining and came up to us as we were leaving to give us an umbrella. We certainly returned it! Breakfast was tasty. The cost of the room seemed to be an average.

This hotel has a nice and clean place and its peaceful place, but not much more. We didn't get a minibar, fridge, or anything else, as we pay for it, but we didn't get the option. There are no slippers as we usually use.
